Welcome B&B is a very nice hostel with an excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff. It is a 20-minutes walk from the train station and from the city, a bit more than I expected, but it's totally worth it. It is truly a lovely place to stay, a friendly and familiar atmosphere and it has a nice garden which can be used. The breakfast is Italian, not continental. I would recommend to stay there 100%.

The B&B is beautiful. However, when I booked it, it was indicated that breakfast was included in the price. This was not the case however. Otherwise, its a great place to stay.

It's like a 20 or more minute walk from the main attractions but you get to see Pisa which is beautiful so it's not bad. The lady is super kind and accommodating and the place is so cute and quaint! Definitely stay here!

The Welcome B&B is too far of the city. The breakfast was not included, but in the site is stated that breakfast is included in the prices. In addition, nobody cleaned my room and bathrooms. I paid for 2 nights, and I was almost forced to pay by the breakfast, because the owner did not have the change to return me. When I arrived to the hostel nobody was there, I needed to make an international call to notify my arrival. Overall, the services of this hostel were very poor.

The room was fine until the toilett broke, it didn't get fixed until we left. But except for that it was a cute place to stay. Don't go for the breakfast tough, it's really not worth it!

Comfortable little house. Make sure you call before you get there, or there may be no one there to check you in! Could be cleaner.

Never there is anybody, you always need to give a call, so that somebody comes. We have been there in March, and it was really really cold . To save money the Owner opened the heater only in the evening+on a very low level. The 4-bed-room consists of a bunk-bed and a very old matrimonial bed. Really uncomfortable and very noisy when you move. U are only allowed to use the kitchen if you book an apartment. And in a rude way the owner told us, that we are not allowed to borrow even a knife!!!

I went there for one night and therefore ten euros was a good price. BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED! The house is very nice. The location is a bit far away from the city center for older people it might be a problem. Not kitchen facilities. Didn't try the WIFI. Nearby is a big supermarket and some other shops.

It was a lovely place to stay at. Very homely and nicely decorated. I would recommend that a key be given to people staying in 4-bed dorm to enhance safety as I was only given a key to enter the b&b, however I had no issues with security of safety as such. Moreover I would have expected the 2euro tax charged pppn 4 staying in a city such as Pisa to be included in actual price shown when booking and not added on top of fee due on arrival & bfast being included as advertised.

Nice place. Recommend.

Normal. It's close to city centre and airport (if you don't feel lazy, you can go walking ~25min). Except for 2€ extra fee and the breakfast wasn't included (as it had been supposed), the rest was ok.

I will recommend this hostel to anyone wants to stay at Pisa! Clean, well-ordered, unique interior design. Simply perfect and homy :) I want to go back there again as well, and meet the super-friendly owner and employees :)

Great hostel. We got in very late, with a considerable delay, but the staff at the hostel stayed up for us, and made us feel welcome. It was a good experience. The hostel is small and personal with a very nice backyard. The decor is rustic and was highly enjoyable. Would definitely visit again.

Bed ? yes. Breakfast? hell no! dont pay ever 3 euro for the breakfast that they offer... You will feel scammed just with a coffee and 2 cookies.
