Liars, rude, careless! Lie1: The hostel is 1.8 kms from the train station & not 1 km as mentioned by the owner. Lie2: there is no kitchen facility for guests as mentioned. Upon asking if we can use kitchen the lady became very arrogant & started screaming. She said that we have mentioned it on the website because it's there but for their private use! Lie3: no breakfast as mentioned! Also there was no one at the reception when we arrived even though we informed our arrival time beforehand.

No staff on site to assist guests. 3 guests arrived between 1 pm and 3 pm, but no one there to check us in. We have to call the hostel, waited for 25 minutes for their staff to show up. Then they left, the guests were left alone. A guest used the hair dryer provide by the hostel, all the lights went out because of the fuse. We had to fix it ourselves. Wifi did not work the whole time. The place is call bed and breakfast, but breakfast is not included. Misleading!!!!

The staff was great! The woman who greeted us was kind, helpful, and more than willing to help us with whatever we needed! Our room looked great; however, our sheets were dirty and we all woke up with bug bites the next day (not mosquitoes, something else). It's a little far from the city attractions but it was very easy to navigate to the train station/airport. Also, be sure you arrive at the time you designate for your arrival because there isn't anyone there other than at that time.

nice place to stay.. far but really good

Our rooms were not available in the original hostel spot due to some flight delays so they shifted us to an apartment near the train station. It was good as it was an apartment all to ourselves and they brought us there by car. Everything was great, until it was time to sleep... There was shouting, and talking, and vehicles going on almost throughout the night! Maybe it was a Friday because the subsequent night it seemed much quieter. Only good things were proximity to the station and privacy.

we were right next to the station, a good locatlity for many things but also noisy throughout the night the local wifi didn't reach where we were but there were several cafes near by with free wifi

Since the bathroom is not brand new, we would advise to have some things refurbished or cleaned thoroughly (e.g. the showerhead and sink). It would also be nice to offer some earplugs in order to block the noise coming from the construction area near the B&B. And a small fridge with some cold beverages (not for free) would be great in the summertime!

The servis was poor, because we wait about 2 hour to check in because have a festival at pisa. But still they need to standby one person to in charge. In the picture the hostel look very nice. But we get a totally deference place. It become worse went we booking for a room and they give us only a bed in living room. Its no nice at all. We pay in a same price.
