Very nice neiberhood near the vatican and the street trestevere, a good place to stay i recomended

Showers were lukewarm, good breakfast. 10 minute walk to some great piazzas

Wonderful hostel! The staff is awesome and super helpful. It's got a real cozy feel to it and you don't feel like you're in a hostel at all. Also, free pasta for everyone on Tuesday night....and David makes quite a good plate of pasta! Would definitely recommend:)

We had a pleasant stay at the hostel. The room had a nice aspect, the city center was easy to reach. We had all what we needed.

Great hostel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast great, 24 hour reception, no lockout. just impressive over all. The shower stall wasnt great but didnt matter. You should definitely go to this hostel.

Welcome Inn is the best hostel I have ever been to! I would absolutely stay there again. The location, staff, security and cleanliness are absolutely excellent! You receive much more than you actually pay for. I thank once again all the personnel! Davide's pasta are great as well!

It was great staying at this hostel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, there was a halloween party during our stay, they made also excellent pasta. The location is perfect, in the exact centre of Naples, close to the famous archeological museum. You'll have no problem with public transport, as there is plenty of buses, 2 metro lines in the neighbourhood; the train station of Trenitalia and the Circumvesuviana are at about 20min walk from the hostel (1metro stop). It is also very clean.

Pros: The hostel was in a great location and the facilities there were good too. Kitchen had all sizes of pots/pans etc. Helpful staff... Cons: Hate to say it but the place is infested with bed bugs. I don't mean a couple here and there, I mean hundreds! We moved dorms after waking up itchy on the first night then actually finding living evidence on the second night. The third night in the other dorm was not much better. Have had to throw out clothes becasue of them getting into our luggage.

Mix up with booking ended with a double room when a twin was requested. Bedding of our own allowed for this to be sorted thought the inconvenience was noted. The place itself was lovely with a good hostel feel to it though the cleanliness of the room was a bit suspect with the shower needed in a really good scrub and having a very slow plumbing to take the water away.

Great hostel, super friendly and helpful staff. Ensuite bathroom a bit annoying in the morning with 8 people wanting to shower at once. And the breakfast was a bit average; but hey it's free so no use complaining about it. Would definately stay here again when I return to Naples.

Great location, very friendly staff & authentic building

Absolutely loved staying at the Welcome Inn, the rooms were really spacious & cute with loads of character and decorative tile floors. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Wi-Fi is super fast! Mario is a really nice guy and gave us the hot tips for thing to do in Naples as well as the pizza of our lives! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

More like a family hostel. Was not the best one, but they do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. Couldn't use the lockers cause you needed a really huge locker. Cleanliness average. Free breakfast and internet, and a lot of books and info about the city and surroundings. Pasta for everyone, on the house, to create a good atmosphere and to meet another roommates. Really nice and helpful staff. Cheap.

Great Location. Nice and clean. Super nice and helpful staff will tell you how or where to do almost anything you want. The only thing I didn't like was all the noise from the cars. Drivers are insane and honk their horns at all hours of the night but that's not the hostels fault and it can't be avoided anywhere in Naples.

Wasn't the best or the worst hostel I stayed in on my trip. Pro's: Friendly staff who give good advice on what to see and do, free pasta night was delicious, free internet, good fun in common room, decent breakfast, fans in room Con's: bathrooms were in desperate need of a good clean, the water in our bathroom tap didn't work properly, the area around the hostel is pretty rough but I think a lot of central Naples is the same, lockers aren't great and the dorm door can't be locked

we booked a deluxe double room and were given two single beds pushed together. it was really uncomfortable and the beds always start spliting apart which is horrible during the night. breakfast really wasn't the best, it was pretty much placed out and and not refilled so nothing is left if you get up late. besides that the hostel did have a nice feel to it and the receptionist was helpful and nice.

This was the first time that I have stayed in a hostel so I cannot compare it with others, but if other hostels are as good as this one is I will be certainly staying in hostels in the future. The staff were very friendly and heipful. Gary Curtis
