IT'S A REALLY NICE PLACE TO STAY IN NAPLES, CONVENIENT AND CLEAN, THE BED IS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE NICE STAFF THERE! IF I CAN GO TO NAPLES AGAIN, I WILL RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY THERE

Although there was a mix up with our booking and ended up staying in an 8 room dorm instead of a private two - turned out not to be a problem at all! Rooms were great. Staff were so helpful and friendly giving us advise for the area and couldn't fault the location! Not much of an atmosphere though - didn't meet anyone there but that could of been our timings.

This was the BEST hostel I stayed at in Italy! The free breakfast is a bit dodgy, but at least they have one. The staff are super nice and it´s a pretty cheap place to stay compared with others. They have lockers in the rooms, and a tv you can watch in the common room if you´ve had a long day and just want to chillax. And it´s right near all the shopping and close to other places too. Some of the other guests when I was there were a bit unfriendly, but other than that I really liked this place

Really nice hostel, right next to the museum. Reception is 24 hours and the staff are really helpful - they gave us maps and looked up ferry times etc for us. Got attacked my Mosquitos one night and was given room spray, cream and a plug- in repeller for the room :)

right in the middle of the city!! and staff was helpful about what to do, where to eat, and how to get to Pompeii but the hostel was really dirty and there were Mosquitos everywhere!!! my friend ended up with huge swollen bites all over her face and upper body, breakfast was just coffee, tea, croissants, and toast, when it was gone it was gone (only one pot of coffee for a whole hostel??) no one hung out in the common areas except staff who are all older, no keys for room or hostel in general

The first impresion was not the best one as the building itself is kinda scary, but once inside our impression changed after seing how helpful the personal was. They were so kind and nice. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and breakfast was very good too. Lockers were broken though.

Previous reviews had mentioned bed bugs. We did not find any and were told that the problem had been attended to. The hostel was well placed for touring the city and the metro travel. The streets of Naples could learn from the cleanliness of this hostel! The staff were very helpful, thanks.
