Very inviting. But the new staff was very under trained.

Very helpful staff and good location for access to sightseeing. Bathrooms could do with a good scrub but other than that a good stay :)

Its a good place to stay, everything look clean, the breakfast is basically the same as another hostel in rome but welcome inn's is for free.... i guess the price make it worth even more

Great hostel and friendly staff. Good kitchen and lounge area. Our toilet made loud noises whenever you flushed it or turned the shower/sink on.

This hostel was difficult to find. Make sure you go all the way past the museum and turn right, cross one little street and it the second from that corner.

Very professional & helpful STAFF. Unrivaled LOCATION. Lovely south italian tiles on the floor, gives the impression of a more homy less partying place. Spacious ROOMS with very high ceiling, i suppose one can sleep pleasantly during summer time. BREAKFAST slightly poor, could be improved, as well, as unpleasant odour from the closet, after flashing, but BATHROOMS in overall well-sanitized.

This hostel was pretty empty besides us, and most of the staff did not speak English very well. We did meet a few nice people who stay there frequently who took us out for pizza, and when we first got in they made pasta for us too. Breakfast in the morning was nice and they even put it out early for us since we had to catch an early flight. The rooms were clean and spacious and you could rent locks for the lockers to store your bags too. I would recommend this hostel

We arrived around 11 AM, and they told us that our rooms were not yet prepared. We leave our stuff in the luggage room, and we returned at night. It was big our surprise when they told us that there weren\'t rooms available!!! We were 5 and, at the end, we had to sleep in 3 different rooms. The cleanliness is very poor. Overall it wasn\'t a good experience.

I had a great time staying there. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions and very friendly. Breakfast in included and sometimes the staff cooks pasta for the guests- it tastes wonderful :) The beds are comfortable and the showers are okay. Great price and great atmosphere and I\'d recommend it highly.

A great hostel. I loved staying there. Though there were problems, such as that showers had very low water pressure and were dirty, the bathroom had an odor, and the lock didn\'t work properly to the bathroom, causing me to be locked in there for a period of time. Nevertheless, it is in a great location, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I met some awesome people in the lounge. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.

Mario was very helpful in guiding us through the traffic to Pompei,avoiding the financial pitfalls. Impressed by the 24 hr security. Best wishes to all concened Douglas Mars Glasgow Scotland

great location & easy to find. BUT the staff isn't from naples and can't give you any advice as none of them have done anything! The other guests were pretty much all old people or annoying 18 year olds. The bathrooms are really, dirty and moldy, toilet paper always ran out, there were bedbugs (100% for sure, I saw them! yuck). I'm basically pretty sure no one cleaned at all...& there were 9 beds in my 8 bed room... the lockers are huge though, so that is good, and the wifi is really good, too.

Welcome Inn was great! A friendly, communal and easygoing atmosphere, fit for serious travelers. Small enough to be personal in feel. Cleanliness could be a bit better... but not bad at all. I hope to stay again at Welcome Inn!

Hostel was not too far from the metro. I only really dealt with the staff during the day - they were very helpful and good at giving directions. At night however, the staff tended to hang out in the common area, and it was difficult to know who was staff and who was a guest.

Very nice neiberhood near the vatican and the street trestevere, a good place to stay i recomended

Showers were lukewarm, good breakfast. 10 minute walk to some great piazzas

Wonderful hostel! The staff is awesome and super helpful. It's got a real cozy feel to it and you don't feel like you're in a hostel at all. Also, free pasta for everyone on Tuesday night....and David makes quite a good plate of pasta! Would definitely recommend:)

We had a pleasant stay at the hostel. The room had a nice aspect, the city center was easy to reach. We had all what we needed.

Great hostel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast great, 24 hour reception, no lockout. just impressive over all. The shower stall wasnt great but didnt matter. You should definitely go to this hostel.
