Had 2 bottles of wine stolen out of the fridges in the common area after they had been in there for 1 hour! Also had food stolen from the common area. Talking to other people staying there this is quite a common occurrence. Apart from that nice hostel with good facilities and free wifi/internet. A BIG place in downtown Wellington. Seemingly well run. Staff friendly and helpful. Large common area and kitchen. Room clean; well heated; toilets and showers adequate and in good repair. We stayed in a twin ensuite and you cannot beat a room like we had for the price that we paid. Plus there's free internet in the lounge. the facilites are really nice and it's right next to all the bars and clubs in Courtenay Place.
