absolutely not worthy! I know it looks cheap but you can find something better than this! We paid for three beds and we had only two. No refunds for their "mistake",no alternative solution found by them. 2slept in a single bed (with too small mattress!) and the staff said that it was illegal and to refrain to do so again unless we wanted to be bounced...when we remarked them that they had sold illegally our bed "by error" they remained silent. Very poor help and no creditcard payment facilitie

hostel was terribly neglected. The kitchen was so dirty that arouse disgust and there was no chance that it used a normal person. Most of the problems would solve a bit of diligence on the part of the staff. Making anything properly would increase significantly, the quality hostel. I do not recommend!

The man at the desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a private twin room, he was helpful and able to provide us with good info about the area. The location was good as very close to tube station. Kitchen and tea/coffee making facilities were pretty dysfunctional. Pubes on the toilet seat in bathrooms, blocked toilets and no use of towels. The beds were comfortable if you enjoy a therapeutic massage by bed springs all night. All and all, a great nights sleep, NOT.

The hostel service was doing their best to keep the place tidy and clean all the time, they were very nice and helpful, always willing to explain or guide you if you needed it. There were kitchens available downstairs with free tea 24/7. However, the room I had (a double private) was very small with little facitilities. The Wifi wasn't working on 2nd floor.

The duvets don't get changed, it's just the pillow cases and mattress sheet they change. Disgusting! Bed bugs too

I enjoyed my stay here. It was cheap, so I guess you do get what you pay for. A couple of tiny things could improve the place... laundry facilities, one bathroom didnt have a sink, and none of them had soap and most showers ere out of order... House is big and old and creaky but with a cosy vibe, and free wifi, but only downstairs. I would stay here again :)

This place was awful. The staff was careless and the reception looked like a friends meeting point. Beds weren't assigned, and we didn't even know were to sleep. One of the beds didn't even have a pillow or a blanket. Went to ask for them at the front desk and one hour later the girl was there playing with her phone. She even mocked me because of asking if they had towels (which they don't of course). I wasn't expecting a 5* hotel, but this was awful by any standard. Location is not bad though.

I went expecting the worse and was plesantly surprised. Very cheap accomodation in a great central London location. The Wifi signal isnt great, but enough to quickly check ur messages from the downstairs tearoom. I stayed on the top floor in a room with about 8 bunks where there was no wifi signal, and no power sockets. If your looking for somewhere to sleep and have a shower in the morning, this is your place. If your looking for a luxury hostel go somewhere eles.

Staff useless, beds squeaked every time you moved and could feel the springs in the mattress, there was a guy asleep in the hallway which im positive is a health and safety hazard, Wi-Fi never worked even in lobby. Would never wish this place upon anyone even for the price (which still wasn't actually that cheap)

Everything about this place was bad except the location. With the mattresses, the springs are pretty much stabbing you while youre on the bed. Bathrooms were gross, and often out of toilet paper. Kitchen was dirty. Most of the staff werent very nice, greet them eith a goodmorning when id get downstairs amd hear nothinh in response. When I arrived in late afternoon, i wasnt sure which bed to take as they hadnt been cleaned from other guests, the day before.

The locks for the showers and toilets were broken, the rooms and matresses were very dirty, bugs and flies everywhere. Most of the people staying there looked not really healthy or lived there. First we stayed in a 10bed dorm, which was terrible, but at least cheap. The staff helped us to change our booking to a 2bed room, which was way overpriced and not better then the 10bed dorm. It didn't even have a mirror or a working sink. We only stayed in this hostel 1 night instead of 5 before moving out.

Stayed in a room with people who literally live there. Came home at three in the morning, shined my flashlight on my bed and saw a bug crawling on it. Gross. Crappy Wi-Fi (no receipt (?) in the rooms, only near the check-in counter and living room. But hell, you get what you pay for. A place to sleep. If you're looking for the cheapest way in London to stay, here it is!

It will be better if you give instruction to people that it is a cheap hotsel but should not damage the cridibility of peace and calm when others sleaping.

The main smell in the hostel was really disgusting. The lounge room was very small and was filled with a bunch of Polish guys that seem to be living there. If we hadn't been a group of 6 travelling, I wouldn't have felt safe staying there as a girl on my own. The staff was really friendly though, and the rooms were better than expected, but it's time to change the beds. The bathrooms were a disaster. Just don't go in there. Not a cosy hostel to stay in :/

really dirty bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. clean room. It's good for people who want to stay there for a weekend or couple of days but it would be impossible to stay there for a longer period of time. It was disgusting to use the shower. There was also very cold. Location of this hostel is very good and it's cheap. Stuff was friendly
