Sorry this place was not clean. And is a scam. I paid in cash (all they accept) for 2 nights had to cancel the second night because of the snow and they dont do refunds. Period! The only group of people i think would like this place is young 18-22 year olds who'd spend more time in pubs and clubs than they would in the accommodation. Noisy and rundown. The worst matress i have slept on (had to move it off the bed and onto the floor because it had no support from the bunk bed (warped underneath)

To the hostel: Please check that the beds are clean and unused before your guests arrive, instead of them having to go down to reception to explain that some other people had been obviously been sleeping in their beds/using their blankets. Since that did happen, thank you for at least giving us new sheets. But honestly, I think i was expecting you to move us to a different room.

£6 for an eight bed dorm is very cheap indeed but we left after 2 nights because * there was only 1 power point in the room of 8 people * the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable * guests and their friends partied out on the street until very late * kitchen facilities are available but were not game to use them * you have to hire the plates, knives, forks etc *The tv room was gross Please consider the fact that you'll save money but you probably won't sleep at all...

They need new matresses. They were really bad. You felt the spirals through the matress. Bad

Lockers will be preferred for better security.

The beds where almost impossible to sleep on; only springs and no mattress. And the rooms are tiny ( on the website they look bigger). Very cheap though... And great location(value for money(. Also ,the staff at the desk was very nice.

of course is not the best place, but the price is really cheap, its clean but the bed was the worst part, it was unconfortable. but i paid around 7 pound. its the best if you are looking for a cheap bed only for sleep. if i come back to london, i will be there again, sure.

The problems for me were the lack of security - I saw no sign of lockers, and you had to pay to leave your bag behind reception, which all other hostels I've ever stayed in have allowed me to do for free - and the fact that the only clean bedclothes I had was a bottom sheet. The duvet cover was already on, so I assume many other people had used it. Other than that, it was OK. I paid very little, so I suppose I got value for money.

This was the dirtiest hostel I've ever seen. I've stayed at some pretty bad ones but this was the worst. I couldn't use the kitchen because it was so dirty and there weren't enough dishes. And I didn't take a shower for the full four days that I was there because the bathroom was so dirty and disgusting. A lot of the people live there full time, so the rooms are full of all their things and it was just really messy. This hostel might not be that bad if they just cleaned EVERYTHING.

I know it's a cheap hostel but they could still do it a bit better. The beds were aweful, the springs dug into my back like nothing else. The sheets and pillows etc were dirty and the sheet had a massive hole in it. The showers were freezing cold and dirty with pubes everywhere. There were three old guys in their mid 40's that seemed like they were living there and seemed very weird. It was a bad experence so we left after one day .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The dorm itself felt a bit depressing though, and the bed felt too short (this might sound odd, but it felt shorter than the usual hostel bed). In the end, you stay here for the price (it's cheap as chips) and you get out as soon as you can in the morning.
