The place was disgusting. Its only redeeming feature was its nice location. The whole place creaks constantly during the night, the beds are uncomfortable and the bathrooms were disgusting. Not recommended at all.

Generally very dirty and uncomfortable to stay in. I felt uneasy staying here and in particular, the toilet and bathroom facilities were very poor.

the matress was really bad and the first night I had some trouble falling asleep Also, the door of our room was not very isolated so we heard everything that happened in the corridor there was a door who made a lot of noise and we asked to fix it, they never did staff there is bad, they don't care about their customers the location was excellent and I don't know if you can have a better place for the same price I'm not returning to that place

Nice little hostel, bedding not that comfy, but if your like me a bed is a bed! Kitchen very basic, locationwas great, in zone 1 so tube fairs were cheaper! Nice surrounding area, local tesco etc. Staff were friendly and helpful as were other guests. Would recommend to anyone x

Everything's old, careless and disgustingly dirty. The sheets and pillows were dirty and were never changed in the 8 nights. There are few bathrooms, each 1 has only 1 tub bath, so expect long queues with long waiting times to go to the bathroom. Also there's no mirrors in bathrooms and don't expect to fit in some of the tub baths unless you're a child or a midget. We were in complete darkness for 2 nights because they didn't have any extra light bulbs and didn't even bothered. It ruined my stay

We showed up for our 2 night stay and paid the full amount of £115 upon arrival. We then had to cancel as out daughter had been ill. We were told they did not issue refunds and gave me a credit note. I am not happy with this as it only mentions in terms and conditions that a no-show results in one night stay being deducted from credit card. I think I should be entitled to refund of second night ???

Didn't had any breakfest, even for tea cups staff requested deposit. Watch out for staff members who try you to cheat from you Key deposit money if you don't provide some peaces off paper, with room key.

The place was dirty, bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Also the beds were really bad. Then again didn't expect much more for that price.

The "poor" for "Facililties" is mainly due to those horrible, squeeking beds. Otherwise we found just the place we were looking for. Thanks!

I'll never come back at this hostel. We've paid for a 4 bedrooms and put us in a 8 bedrooms...I've not sleept all night long becouse of the noise of our room and the other people douring the only night we've spend there. When I've complained at the morning about their mistakes the only think they've done it's to don't let me pay 1£ for each 2 bags we've left there until night when we come to pick up them. The chitchen downstairs it's not so clean and we prefer to do our breakfast outside.

It was a pleasant stay. I mean what do you expect for the price.. the bathrooms got cleaned every day, the staff was friendly and the location is just great. I would stay there again.

Wasnt realy clean and alot of mould in the bathrooms and no space to lay down stuff for showering. There are only 3 bathrooms for too many people. The balustrade was also broken and so very dangerous.

If you are after a nice clean comfortable bed for the night, WEST TWO is not the place to stay. Showers are a serious health hazard, beds are even worse and kitchen is basic to say the least. Bring your own cups, plates and cultery as it is not supplied. Website describes the hostel as newly refurbished, a member of staff told me this was the case 5 years ago. Hostel world, you are also partly to blame for not updating and checking hostel claims. One benefit however, had a 6 bed dorm to myself.

I was booked for 13nights but after the first night I was so put off by the everything that I booked somewhere else and then West Two charged me 40 pound because I cancelled. I had been in tears because I was scared the first night. The lock was only just hanging on, the screws were falling out. People were entering the room late at night almost yelling. The bathrooms on my floor weren't working. Everything was very dirty feeling and the kitchen when I went to use it was unclean.

Contras: La cocina era sucia y las duchas no tenían ningún pestillo como para tener algo de privacidad. Pros: A media hora caminando del centro, en la zona 1 del metro lo cual es genial.
