It will be better if you give instruction to people that it is a cheap hotsel but should not damage the cridibility of peace and calm when others sleaping.

The main smell in the hostel was really disgusting. The lounge room was very small and was filled with a bunch of Polish guys that seem to be living there. If we hadn't been a group of 6 travelling, I wouldn't have felt safe staying there as a girl on my own. The staff was really friendly though, and the rooms were better than expected, but it's time to change the beds. The bathrooms were a disaster. Just don't go in there. Not a cosy hostel to stay in :/

really dirty bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. clean room. It's good for people who want to stay there for a weekend or couple of days but it would be impossible to stay there for a longer period of time. It was disgusting to use the shower. There was also very cold. Location of this hostel is very good and it's cheap. Stuff was friendly

The customer service was terrible and the living conditions poor, disgusting and unsafe. I am just a student traveling and was only there for a short time. Cheap and rundown was fine by me, but this place was TERRIBLE and UNSAFE. Sketchy people coming in and out, no security, people living there for months at a time, rude staff. Let me repeat... RUDE, UNHELPFUL, "CLICKY", UNCONCERNED, LAZY staff. The bathrooms were fowl! I know how hostels work, I'm well traveled. This place is NOT FOR YOU.

Cant complain for the price in central London. The bathrooms were often busy but that's to be expected. No big complaints, but it feels very old and tatty like old buildings do, like dustiness in the fabric of the place. Not the staffs fault but I would probably stay elsewhere next time. Great location though. Kitchen is tiny and common room is all very depressing. But hey, this is London, your not supposed to enjoy yourself! It was quite friendly around the hostel, complete mix.

Beds were very dirty, very loud during the night (from midnight till 4 am), and didn't feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room. Overall a very poor experience.

A lovely hostel which is run very professionally by all the staff. The kitchen and bathrooms and dormitories are kept wonderfully clean by Phillipe, Marrissa it really is quite organized the housekeeping. The staff are friendly and helpful, and very efficient. A big thank you to Yarn, Dione, and all the staff, I would certainly recommend the hostel to any traveler or tourist.

The few good thing about West Two London was the price and its location. The atmosphere at the hostel is poor and it seems that most of the guests are not travelers but workers who are actually living there since its a cheap place. So the rooms were a mess and packed with these people's stuff. Also security was very poor as there is no lockers and the door to our room was broken. There were also no towels or breakfast available. Price is definately the only reason you would pick this hostel.

The first impression of the staff when my friend and I arrived was very poor. It didn't seem as if they cared at all. We also tried to contact the hostel several times by phone because we got a bit lost - without any luck. The rooms smelled, I know they tend to do so when lots og people are placed in one room but it really needed airing. The bathrooms were dirty and there were only 3 in the whole hostel. Would be great if you checked after food in the corners of the rooms. The location was good.

Well located hostel in Kensington. You can't stay in this part of London for cheaper. They REALLY need lockers in the rooms though.

I felt I was living in a permanent home for all the italian-londoners working in london without a proper house/room/flat. Many people were actually living in the hostel, I've also heard them talking about having their property stolen in their rooms more than once and other negative things happened.
