Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location is not walking distance from city centre, but there is a bus that runs directly to the door - worth looking up before you come. Restaurant was surprisingly good. Included breakfast was nice.

Finding West Park was difficult. Staff were fabulous, personable and very helpful. The "Scottish" breakfasts provided were quite nice.
