Most of the staff were brilliant. The guy who checked me in should be given lessons on how to be human. Unsure about this hostel, location wasnt great and nor was the price (but austria is expensive everywhere), no kitchen facilities, expensive internet. But rooms were very big and had very nice clean ensuite bathrooms.
