On their website they say towels, sheets, breakfast is free. If you register via HostelWorld there ARE NOT FREE. You have to pay and sheets are 2 EU, breakfast 4 EU. The staff is very friendly and regret they cannot give you sheets and breakfast. They say the management gets down on them.

There should be internet in the rooms so that when people come to the common area can chat and play the table football instead of being in front of a screen. That fact, in my opinion, damaged the atmosphere of the hostel, perfectly held by the staff.

hostel was clean but they charge you everything... sheets, lock. So you spent additional 5 EUR (2 for sheets and 3 for lock) for the first night.... Location of hostel is nice, quiet. Hostel stuff is helpful... Bathroom was clean, there was a toilet paper at the toilet. Be really carefull about your things...

Overall a good place, the staff is very helpful and nice. Location is very good. The rooms got way too hot at night, and the way the place is built causes it to be a little noisy at night. Overall I recommend staying here.

The best hostel I've ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly friendly and the hostel was also very clean. I will definitely recommend this hostel to anyone coming to Vienna! Thank you!

Breakfast is good. You have to make your own bed. The the bottom bunk is very unconfortable, you can't sit, you will hit your head. The wi-fi is terrible, is impossible to use in the bedroom and very hard to use in the living room. They charged me 5 euros when I came, for the keys, I think. When I left they said i didn't pay, so I lost 5 euros.

Breakfast is not always included in room price, and I found each afternoon staff were hesitant to give a voucher for the following morning..

The overall hostel was very budget friendly, and though the elevator was small it was perfect for travellers.
