very good. nice and friendly stuff, huge and clean room, not bad location.

I never got to stay there because I arrived at 3:00am in the morning when I told them I would and when I called them they said they gave my room away. Their site says 24hr front desk attendent, but that is not true. I told them the exact time I was to arrive and they made no accomindation and I had to find a different place all together at 3:00am.

Same thing as the other reviewer: hotel was overbooked and I never saw a room. I was brought to another presumably related hotel by (owner?) and given a song and dance about whose fault it was, and something about a divorce. (Hint: Just apologize when it happens, limit explanations and take care of the customer.) The other hotel was fine, room wise. The beach is very thin, the town is not interesting. ( Not a beach person per se, and not a beer bar (bar girl bars) or go go bar guy either.)

Our short stay for New Year's Eve at White Sands Inn was very nice, it is located in a quiet area, with a 7/11 side by side, and relatively close to the beach. It was also very clean and with almost luxury condition, the manager Shawn was very nice and he would do anything possible to help you and make you feel at home. And his wife Sami cooks very good food. I totally recommend this place! Florin

Unable to comment as our reservation was botched and we had to stay elsewhere.

The owner was really friendly and helped us out as much as possible. The place is ideal for those who want to be close to jomtien beach but not be disturbed by the noise at night. The beds were the best we had in Thailand ar this price level. The food in the restaurant was also really good. The only negative is that we couldn't connect to the WiFi network using my phone but the owner lent us a laptop to solve that.
