Terrible, I trusted hostelworld.com enough to book this place where there was no rating yet. I showed up and nobody was there. We waited for more than 2 hours, tried calling the phone number, rang the doorbell, no answer. We were forced to go find another hostel in the city. Worse hostel experience ever.
