Great hostel when looking for a party, and even if not the beds are fantastic enough to make the stay worth it! Comfy duvets and the rooms stay relatively warm despite the frigid cold outside. Only complaints are spotty hot water in the showers and staff said they would help make sure I wake up for a flight but then didn't. Couldn't ask for a better location though!

This is a fantastic facility with a pool, two bars, a rooftop to view the city from. Everything so you don't have to leave, which can be a little trapping as it is so easy to lounge around instead of exore the city. Staff is great, breakfast is a roll with jam and coffee/tea (but you can buy meals from their restaraunt). Great place overall but it is definitely a party hostel that lives up to the reputTion.

Great place to party, bartenders make it fun, but the bar allows smoking which made it difficult for me to enjoy.

Party hostel that equates party with drinking. Staff is either too involved with partying or somewhat unfriendly. Wouldn't go there again, these are better party hostels.

We enjoyed our stay at Wild Rover. Very fun and social atmosphere. One thing that was a bit strange was that the doors didnt have locks on it so anyone could walk into a room. Also would have been nice to have the option to buy a lock at the front desk and rent a towel.

Very nice hostel well located in Arequipa. Really nice staff and more especially Sandra who is the best!

Had a poor start when arriving with a miserable member of staff who seemed unwelcoming. This was during the night. Taken to my room, find hairs all over my sheets. My friend also had the same problem. Apart from this and the wifi which cuts out often it's a good hostel with a nice atmosphere. Not as good or friendly as the la Paz hostel. But they do have warm showers.

Excellent party hostel. Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. Only downside I found was hot water can be a touch unreliable. But for some reason trying a different shower can help. I would still recommend this hostel for a stay in Arequipa. Great bar with a party happening every night.

Absolutely loved this place. The food is good and the beds are some of the most comfortable beds, I have traveled around the world and have never slept in beds like this, I slept like a baby. I was long term and I was treated like family by the second day. They are really there for te backpackers and do everything they can to make sure everyone stay is the best. Teo and Sandra are absolutely amazing! Will is great and always wants everyone to have a great time, especially on their birthday.

ive been here at Wild Rover Arequipa for more than a week and you know what, ive had an amazing time. When you are planning to stay for a week or longer in Arequipa but you do not want to be bored, Wild Rover Arequipa is a nice place to stay. There are places to chill, at the pool and at the hammocks. Also every night there is a party going on but if you are tired it is also possible to have a good night of sleep. i really lik(ed) my stay at the Wild Rover Arequipa!

Was very nice stay. However we got robbed in our rooms. The manager was very unhelping. She did not let the police take a look. Also did not want to look at security cameras. All the other staff was great, only the manager was a horrible person.

Some problems unfortunately, you were lucky to have a hot shower, there was never room for a locker with a charger, and no other plugs where things could be left safely. Breakfast was pretty bad, the bread was not good at all! However, social is great, the beds are nice and the staff are good.

Nice and cool hostel, has 2 bars and a pool. But if u planing to go to the canyons at night u wont get much sleep. And the Internet went down a few times!

Very mixed experience here! It is superior to other Wild Rovers (smaller and more laid back), decent but slightly dirty pool (arent they all) and great parties. Two of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. The manager however is pretty aggressive about certain things, and they had an inexplicable issue with my local Peruvian friends coming in for the open door saturday night (despite being fine with foreign travellers). I did have a great time here but yeah...some things were a little off.

Great hostel with great staff. Everyday party at the pool. Not always hot water though.
