Great session. You will leave in a fragile state.

Great party hostel but don't expect much quiet if your room is close to the bar. Loved the breakfast hours (until 12), but wasn't allowed to use the kitchen. Showers varied throughout the property and WiFi only worked in off peak hours. Foreign staff were fun and friendly but some of the local staff seemed to be disinterested. Bar scene was worthwhile.

Great sociable hostel, good bar, easy to meet fellow travellers. I had a decent 8 bed dorm where I could sleep if I wanted some peace and quiet! But then the bar was good for the rest of the time. Breakfast average, just bread and jam for free-cereal might be a good extra. Also sell food for cheap so you can buy more for breakfast too.

Good wifi. Also good bar but staff will just dominate it by getting hammered! So not that good for partying, would recommend Loki or Bacoo instead

Great party hostel in the centre of La Paz. Good bar and nice food available all day. The showers and toilets are cleaned very regularly too and the place has a nice vibe. However I found a few of the bar staff to be really rude and often they were too drunk at the end of the night and start shouting at guests to leave the bar. Overall though this is a great hostel for La Paz and I'd definitely recommend it for a couple of nights.

Love wild rover!!!! It's so good for meeting people. Lots of attention to detail too, like lockers with chargers in them, and extra wide bunks. I will definitely come back!

a good managed party hostel with activity almost every evening, their major income seems form the bar; lots of common area to chill out, clean regularly during the day except inside my room, never clean once during my first three night , smelly like a fish market. Its a pity without a kitchen, don't feel like home if stay longer.

Easily the best hostel i have stayed at in South America. If your after a great party and atmosphere every night this is your hostel to go to. Very friendly and fun barstaff, a lovely bar manager and a really helpful recepition team. Always clean, always fun and i met tons of great people. You can also book all your tours from the most reputuable companies on-site.

Excellent hostel! Regular party´s in a safe environment with great security and friendly staff! Rooms were nice, everything is cleaned practically 24 hours a days the hostel always goes out together when the bar shuts, so you are sure to find yourself in a safe club with other like minded people! All in all a fantastic couple of days that turned into much longer!

Great place of you are looking to meet other travellers. Fairly clean hostel although our 6 bed dorm didn't get cleaned in 7 nights. Food at bar is good and well priced. Staff helpful and in-house booking agency is useful. Close to everything. Even if you don't want to partake in the bar shenanigans every night, the rooms are a bit out of the way so the noise can be avoided. Good wifi n warm showers.

Wild Rover is the place to meet other foreigners to share more than a few beers with. It's easy to not leave the hostel, with the Irish bar, happy hour deals, pool table, and movie room. Breakfast is not much, just rolls and instant coffee/tea, but goes till noon. Meals you pay for at the bar are decent. Bathrooms are nice and dorms on the far side from the bar are quiet so you'll sleep well. Big lockers in room and smaller ones at reception with plugs for charging (need 2 locks).

Good location. Nice bar. I like a party, but didn't like this hostel. Bathrooms should be cleaned more often.

Nice place to have a good time in La Paz. They got a good bar with some atractions during the week, and amazing beds. The breakfast is the same thing all over the hostels in Bolivia and Peru, so don't expect more or less of it. The bathrooms are also quite good. I just think they could also accept the payment in dollars, cause we had to search for a money house to change our dollars cause we had used all our bolivianos the night before.

Good hostel if you are English, Australian or Irish and want to feel like you are back home (ie: get drunk at the bar and watch football on tv). If not... Bar staff was very rude. This said, the facilities are nice and the hostel is conveniently located with good security.

Party hostel, staff well up for it. Like a freshers party non stop so if thats what youre afterthis is the place. Decent jam and bread on a morning. Pool cues could do with tips.

The hostel was excellent as a party hostel. The staff were really friendly and also helped with finding things within the city. But if you're looking to sleep choose a room away from the bar.
