I was only there one night but so far it's the best hostel I've stayed at.

Very much a party hostel but that shouldn't surprise anyone. Rooms near the bar would be very noisy but my room was good. Bathrooms cleaned regularly, great security. Could check in at 7am when I arrived which was good.

Ummmm..... I want to knock it but can´t.... well run, good staff, clean and secure... if you want to party and be the typical backpacker this is the place but it´s aimed at getting the most cash out off your pocket (everything on tab, double check it leaving).... if you want a quiet nite and local culture look elsewhere.... that said i had fun!

Good parties, good food, many people. The showers are great, the WiFi internet was not. This party hostel is a great place to stay for some fun times in La Paz. Keep your valuables locked away always - especially in the big dorms - as they suggest. Had a great time!

We found all the staff extremely helpful and fun loving especially Jack the manager who never hesitated to help us and no request was too much. We really felt at home here and enjoyed our stay! The standard of cleaniless, quality of food and overall ambience was second to none to any where else we have stayed over last two months.

I wasn´t quite expecting how much of a party hostel Wild Rover is, but wound up loving it. It´s huge, but rooms in the back were quiet enough and beds were comfy.

Ooooheee Dadio!! This place is mental. If you are looking for a party hostel this is the place to stay. I booked the 4 bed dorm, a little more expensive of course, but it is at the top of the hostel & much quieter than anywhere else as it further away from the bar, so you will be able to get some sleep. Each night is crazy & there is no shortage of fun. I booked 2 nights & ended up staying 6. Allow time for hangovers, they are bound to happen! Enjoy guys, I miss it!! (also, do the Death Road!!)

Good party hostel. Go here if you want to meet(mainly Irish and English) people and have a night out. Dorms are a good size and the bar serves decent and reasonably priced food. Trips can be organised internally. If you want to sleep then avoid this place as staff don't make much if an effort to keep the noise from the rooms.

Like everyone says, this is definitely a party hostel, which can be fun but also kind of annoying when you see the same people drinking at night and then again at 9am. People, you're in Bolivia. Go outside. Besides the other guests, it's a really good hostel. The native staff speaks very good English in case you can't get by in Spanish. The tours desk is very helpful too. The food is good if you're getting a little sick of the local food.

One of my favourite hostels so far!!! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Infact, it's the staff that make this place a great place! The showers are clean and hot, and they even provide soap at the sinks - why all hostels don't do this, I'll never know!!!

Amazing hostel! We had the best time here and didn't want to leave. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The hostels loads of fun, safe, very clean and gives really good info about tours and local sights. We'll definately go and stay at the other Wild Rovers in Cusco and Arequipa... Fantastic!

Publike party place in the center of La Paz - with a lot of fun people. It was easy to catch up. Travel agency within the hostel makes planning very easy. Unfortunately the wifi is very slow and I missed a couch, all seating is rather bar style.
