Very very nice atmosphere, nice place. The only thing where the cleaner who came in the room twice without knock on the door. But anyway a good place!

Willow Bank Hotel was a clean and quiet place to stay. Although it's around an hour's walk out of the centre of Manchester, there is a regular bus that stops near to the fron of the hotel and goes directly into the city centre so the location isn't such a problem. The facilities including tv, drink-making facilities and the en-suit bathroom were all excellent and, overall, it was a very relaxing stay.

Didn't expect the Ritz but this hotel was a disappointment. The Willow Bank Hotel is in need of a make over with it's hole in the bathroom door, curling linoleum floor in the bathroom, incredibly basic bath/shower (which we had to fix) and stained duvet - it left a lot to be desired. Luckily we arrived late, left early and did not pay too much.

Once there we found a cosy room. Great value for money and easy to reach by bus. 20 min far from the city centre (by bus indeed). I recommend it!

Our group aged 20-21 stayed here for one night and although it was a 30min bus drive to city centre buses were very frequent so it that was no problem at all. Our only concern was when we approached staff for information on manchester night life the staff were unsure of any places for our age group.

Willow Bank was a lovely place to stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable.Willow Bank was very good value for money for the cost of rooms. The extra cost of breakfast was a bit expensive at £7.50 if booked on arrival or £15 if booked anytime after this. The location of the hotel was good if you were not expecting to travel into Manchester's city center often as this made it more expensive. I would stay there again if on a larger budget.

Amazing room and staff. Free Wifi :)

Expected more. Room was falling apart. Shower wasn't too bad. Was woken up numerous time by loud people in corridor - rooms not very soundproof.
