The landlady was absolutely amazing, kind and compassionate. She was extremely helpful, so much so that she was like a second mother to us. She saved us thousands of Baht and hours of time with all her help in finding us the greatest deals for transport, tours, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phuket.

My first thought was it was a bit dingy. But that is mostly due to poor lighting and the odd location behind shops. But in reality the owner tried really hard to keep it clean. She has a lot of pride in her place and wants the guests to be happy. The showers were pretty decent as well, and if you are lucky you can get one with hot water.

A nice and cosy little place in Phuket Town, far away from the dreaded Patong. Good staff, good wifi, close to a bus station, good food in the area. Couldn't have been more satisfied in Phuket.

Not clean but we had enough space, the stuff are really nice.

Very helpful friendly staff. Clean facilities good for the price

The basic room was as basic as it can get: 2 beds-old matresses on wheels on the floor, no other furniture, not even a rubbish bin. Bedsheets did not appear to be clean.Shared bathrooms were clean and very modern, there is a hot shower in the shower number 1. Excellent staff, very helpful, location is perfect as well - buses to beaches depart from a place 1 minute away from the hostel. Overall not a bad place to choose when you on budget, but don't expect luxury or much comfort.

My partner and I stayed for just one night on transit to Koh Tao and were amazed at the friendly and outgoing staff. They went out of their way to help us and happily made phone calls to find us the most up to date and useful information. The private twin room was clean and nice with great air con and was worth every cent. I'd happily stay again for a longer period.
