it was good for the price. it has an excellent location. lots to do and many places to hang out with other people. the staff was helpful and had good suggestions for things to do and places to go in seoul and even for tours. they can book tours for you on site and you get picked up, that is really nice!

Really cozy hostel in a great location. About 10 minutes walk from the hyehwa metro station. Lots of bars, cafes and stores in the area. Despite being a lively area it was quiet. Hotel staff is very friendly and you have everything you need there. Comfortable beds, nice shower, computer that is free to use. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We had 3 huge cockroaches in our room, it was disgusting... As I wanted to check out at 9am (office hours begin at 9) nobody was there. Finally someone showed up at 9.40 After explaining, that we didn't want to stay the 2. night we at least got part of our money back. And without much discussion, too. Seemed to me that they are used to people wanting their money back

This guesthouse is at Hyehwa, where you can directly go anywhere easily. The guesthouse is very peaceful and easy to stay. Staffs are friendly to guide and give advice to other foreign tourists, also I enjoyed the atmosphere which guests can have interactions with each others, really great! Maybe the rooms are smaller than others but definitely enough for backpackers. I will surely stay there again when going to Seoul for vacation.

Need better first impression- more tidy, well decorated entry area will go very far, and better informed about what to do in seoul for the new year- seemed a little disconnected and not helpful, but otherwise liked very much-

My friend and I stayed at Windroad over the Lunar New Year. It was great! The staff is amazing. The man even came and picked us up from the subway stop though it was bitter cold. The location is wonderful; not too far from the subway stop and close to many great places to eat and shop. The hostel was clean and a great value for the money. We will definitely being going back, it is like a home away from home. Thanks for everything! (oh and they speak English, an added bonus!)

Location was really great- perfect for exploring Seoul. The Hostel itself felt quite cramped and not the cleanest. Staff friendly and apprachable.
