The hostel was in a great location, but it def wasnt the nicest hostel I have stayed at. We were actually put in a separate building so there was no common room, which was a bummer and a bit inconvenient.

I like WoW Hostel very much, everything is good. Except that the air conditioner in Room No.4 is very bad, it's so hot that we couldn't sleep at night. Anyway, I still love this hostel and I would like to go back staying at WoW again next time going to Singapore but please repair the air conditioner of room No.4.

Wow Hostel is the best backpack hostel in Singapore! I love the bed, the massage chair, and the cleanliness! See you again in my next trip :)

just so-so considering the price there. the room is very small with so many people, the bathrooms are unclean and you can see flies just on the wall, which is really disgusting. staff is friendly and helpful, though.

BUGS Why am I so hard? This hotel is full of BUGS. I have been eaten ~90 times in one night. I had an allergy. My two hands and two foot were double. I had to go to the doctor, wait for 2 and half hours, pay 25 dollars, take medication for 4 days. I spent 2 horrible days because of the pain. The best is now: i had to pay my room! I just hope to everyone to never have to experience what i have experience!

The private rooms are actually not in the same building as the hostel, but around the block, 2 sets of stairs down and then 2 sets of stairs up again. For breakfast, internet, contacting staff etc. you have to walk around the block. Very inconvenient! They charged us 10% "service charge" on top. Yes, it was announced on hostelworld, but only in smallprint. I was not prepared for this extra charge and I have never experienced something like that before... Breakfast was poor, no milk with cereals!

As some air-conditioners did not work properly even have broken for few days, some guests slept in the dining room. Also there is only one person in charge to serve many new guests. They need to wait long for registration. There is no shift hour staff, the person-in-charge is always exhausted to serve many guests day and night. Sometimes until 2am new guests are still coming in bulk. Lacking of manpower there, the shower system is not reliable for warm water and sometimes is dripping w/Cockroach

We arrived around midnight to check into the hostel, but it was simply not what we expected. A lot of which is contributed to the great photography skills of whoever took the pictures for the website. 'Twin beds' was a fancy way of saying- 'We stacked bunk beds and squeezed them into the room.' The good- They randomly have a massage chair. The bad- Room too small, we could never find person in charge, breakfast at hostels are usually more than bread, showers are awkward.

All dorms are the same the only things that changes is the price. A 10% fee is required upon your arrival so mind the price!

Located 2 minutes from the subway. They can settle in another building, there is no TV and a place to rest. Only one table at all and it is small. Unlike other Hostels have to pay three dollars per day, if you want to leave the backpack. The beds are comfortable, does not creak from IKEA. At checkout staff is not in place, have to wait. When you register online for less. If you extend the stay in place on a maximum charge per day.

Its cheap for singapore and located right next to an MRT station so easy to get around, also a good food court nearby. The room and A/C is fine but thers a only a very small communal area so not a place to hang out with fellow travellers, it is a little cramped and stuffy and the breakfast consists of a white loaf and some coffee powder thrown on the table, so its basic but practical. If you need a cheap, safe place to crash for a couple of days this is the one for you

I was charged by hostles.com more than the amount indicated on my confirmation. When I made the call-out when I checked-in in the hotel, they asked me to send an email or call hostels.com. That is not reassuring and I felt ignored and I didn\'t get my money at all. I booked for deluxe, not even sure if the room provided was a deluxe, it looks like same as the other rooms.

The customer service here is not so good. Sometimes a chinese lady will shout in chinese, repremanding you or someone for something that you cant understand. Also, BEWARE that this is 4 flights of stairs and No elevator. So if you have a heavy luggage be ready for some heavy lifting and suffering, because there\'s no staff who will help you, even when asked (this happened to me on my 1st day)

The location was really good, it was just dirty - especially the showers. The staff was friendly, but not always available. My room and bed was very comfortable. The price was good, so I would actually stay there again.

It's a decent in cleanliness, in a very lively area of the city. For this price you won't find better, good value for money. The service charge should be included in the price though. You're better off getting breakfast at one of the neighboring shops though.

what a strategic location it was, i could see the MRT station, literally. A nice clean room and shower, there were a lot of hawker center on site, you can find the chinese food and indian food as well. The owner, Swan, was very nice to us, so friendly and even he provide the massage chair in the living room so we can relax after walking around the city all day long.

We had two wait for almost three hours before the owner would show up to check us in. Due to the low price, the hostel is extremely overcrowded: think 15 people trying to sit in and around a couch for three, and long waiting lines for the showers in the morning. There's a big tv with hundreds of movies to watch, but they play it very loud every night, making it impossible to have a normal conversation. Staff is almost never around. If you can afford it, go for something more expensive.

Well it's cheap but what you get is cheap as well : ...not enough showers & toilets, noicy living room with the TV on all the time, staff is ok/nice but not always avaiable, breakfast it's a shame, small rooms with no space for luggage...but very comfortable beds!! The location is good, quite close to everything with the MRT (about 2 min wlak) and heaps of cheap foodcourts/restaurants around. For one or 2 nights it's ok...unfortunately I stayed 4 nights (too long)!
