They have needed a new Microwave for a long time the table inside no longer turns around and has not for the last year. The owner is so cheep he will not replace it. I only stay there because the Manager Swan is just the G retest Guy in the World and this Place id One Block from MRT. No AC in Big Room. They need to pay me a Few Hundred Dollars to bring them up to date they are just poor managers. Too Bad because they could easily be the best Low End Hostel in Town.

I enjoyed my stay Wow hostel.Staff were very nice and helpful. Also the facility is clean and enough.Secure lock at the entrance and provided locker in dorm room. However I got bitten by bed bugs...so that is minus but apart from it that was great!

It's kind of difficult to describe how bad my experience with this guesthouse was. We around past midnight because it took us a while to cross the border with Malaysia and when we got to the hotel they told us we couldn't check in anymore because it was the hostel's policy not to check-in guests after 11pm even though the room was free. We weren't expecting this at all and ended up on the streets looking for another guesthouse. Avoid this place like the plague!

This Hostel was the worst experience ever.. There were bed bugs everywhere. It was disgusting. Than our order of having one room fro 8 person was not considered. Than we tried to cancel and the employees were really unpolite!! Never again, and I thought that singapore is the cleanest City on Earth. Even the neighborhood was considered the red-light district!

Hostel was placed directly next to Train station. That was the only positive property of WoW Hostel. The negative things: - the owner always tried to flee from the problems when we needed to discuss sth - we couldn't stay together in one room, because of bedbugs. She wanted that we split and sleep with people in one room, who we didn't know) - she didn't offer us another room (f.e. 2-person rooms) to solve the problem - she didn't help us to find other hostel. - we lost the deposit (24€)

Good budget hostel. But need extra in room cleaning. I had some itch whole body in the night because of bed bugs. So need to clean the bed furthermore.

They dont answer emails, and when we get there they charge us with $3 per person for booking 1 night, we tried to stay fot two nights so we would not have to pay those 3 dollars, and they told us that if we do so, we'll have to pay again those 3 dollars. After that, they charge us with 10% of the reservation. The exact amount that we've already charged us from the hostelword.com.

Well Singapore is a place where everything is a little bit more expensive than the rest of south-east asia, but it's also the nicest place around. I would say this hostel was a bit expensive for what we got, but overall everything was fine. The staff is polite when they are there. The issue was that most of the time they are not there when you need them. The phone to contact them should also be recharged once in a while ...

It was really nice! Kitchen, facilities, movies, special massage-chair - all was great. The one thing that they could work on is extermination of all bugs inside. Few times (2-3, during 7 days) we found nasty blood-drinking bugs. Besides that it was just great!

Very close to subway station Aljunied - less than one minute walk. Yet, they charge more than the initially negotiated price, you will have to climb a lot of stairs with all your luggage, plumbing and linnen don't look particularly clean and I did not see any smoke detectors or indicated escape routes.

dont expect a staffed desk to be there for your service, and the owner or manager, whomever she is does not give you her name, she`ll arrive in the afternoon, so if you`ve booked for morning arrival forget it, you`ll be sitting in the common waiting area to check in, in the heat, until around 12-2pm. once in your room their clean, small, and airconditioned. food is cheap around here, geylang is redlightdistrict, if your a woman dont go out too late or you may get stalked.
