This hostel was very clean and the bed was heaps comfortable, plus I had no issue with the locker or the temperature in the room. The staff let me keep my suitcase in the front room after I checked out all day so I could run around town and were very friendly. The bathrooms/toilets are very small and not easily accessed. 9/10

I stayed here for one night only on a Singapore stopover. It was pretty basic, a glorified dorm with bamboo screens between the cubicles. Unfortunately these did not block out the light or the noise of other people arriving, which continued until about 2 a.m. The shared bathrooms were not really sufficient for the number of people, and not very clean.

The staff lost my reservation, put me in a female dorm the first night, didn't give me the elevator key card until I asked for one on my second day (I didn't even know they existed until a fellow guest with one.) Upper capsules are a bit difficult to get into if you're an old guy like me. I'd be shocked if there's ever a 2nd "capsule hostel" in Singapore. Coming back to SG in September, but not to this hostel.

Clean, friendly & helpful staff, close to city centre..however, since hostel is shared, won't recommend for travellers concerned with privacy.

The location was great and the capsules were very roomy. My only "complaint" is the lack of places to hang out and meet people. The only real area to do this is in the upstairs common room. The layout makes it difficult to chill out on your bed and play cards and meet others.

- I found that my television earphone is broken/ not function - Could you put the locker outside the bedroom secured with CCTV than making noises when any guest open and closed it while others still need rest - Locker Key is advanced, good !

Excellent hostel. Great location near the CBD and a fantastic place to explore the main sights from. The capsule idea works very well offering privacy and a personal fan, electrical outlet and TV.
