A very good hotel, central location, very helpful staff and clean spacious rooms. only down side and that was probably my fault when booking was having to pay taxes on top of the total that we had been quoted, I thought it was all included.

a great place to stay near Penn Station. It was quiet and clean and they had a nice breakfast in the morning.

I was very pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel to others. Old New York charm at a good price. All the amenities that you need (wireless for a fee, small gym, luggage lockers, basic breakfast) and just a few blocks from two subway lines. My complaints: - floor in bathroom should be bleached clean or the tiles should be changed. The stationary bicycle does not work. The person who checked me out tried to charge me again for a pre-paid room.

I was stayed for only one night, but was very happy with Wolcott. It was cute and clean, and the staff were nice. Wi-Fi is not free, I'm kind of unhappy about that. They serve very tasty muffins as breakfast, along with coffee. I would recommend it.
