Wombats was cleaner than some hotels I've stayed in! Great rooms & staff, everyone was very helpful and I have absolutely no complaints!

I very much liked the bar and terrace on the top floor!

Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and the bar which is only open 8 hours/day. Should be available in the rooms.

A greatly located cute building with a great rooftop bar (rooftop terrace was great and we wished it could also work for morning coffees :)) and nice helpful staff. Remarkably well organized especially considering the size of the place and the 24/7 flow of people in and out.

The locks on the lockers in the room didn't work, otherwise that an awesome experience.

Wombats just never lets ya down. I've been in the Munich & Vienna branches of Wombats before & each is as good as the other. As regards location, everything is close in Berlin with the U-Bahn & S-Bahn facilities so never be put off by it. Thumbs up!

Very impressed with the hostel. Clean, secure, spacious rooms. The bar is good atmosphere and drinks good value for money. The view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful. Would highly recommend this hostel.

A well equipped and developed hostel. I appreciate with welcoming drink. It would be much better if some free PC could use for budgeted backpackers for information searching purpose, map printing purpose.

Would recommend this hostel, excellent beds, good service, cheap breakfast, good value!

Great place, clean, well located (we can do many things without taking public tansports). I recommend to set up a place that looks more like a lounge to facilitate the contacts with other travelers.

This is a great way for a couple to enjoy Berlin and the social scene while saving lots of money over European hotels. We met and socialized with fellow travelers at the Wombar (which is in a great location on the roof!), while staying in a private ensuite room. It's not just for dorm-staying backpackers. We'd stay here again!

I would like to rate the staff excellent because every person we interacted with over our 4 days/3 nights there was fantastic except for the inital person who greeted us. He was a bit off putting (5/16 10 AM) and gave us the wrong directions to the Brandenburg Tor. Almost missed our tour because of it. Otherwise, amazingly clean, great social atmosphere, loved every minute of it and met other great travelers. LOVE the roof top terrace. Also love the many computers available and the locker system

I loved the hostel but maybe It would be a Good idea to have more female dorms because every time there aré more group of girls or individual female travelers that prefer to sleep only with girls. Thank you for a very Good time!

Had a great time at Wombat's. Location is great, the subway station is 2 minutes away and, in a city as big a Berlin, this is a very convenient feature. The locker was big enough for my backpack, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The terrace has an amazing view of the Tv Tower, and the bar is also pretty nice. Breakfast is not included, but it is worth it to buy it, good value.

There was a lot of mold in the shower. This can get people really sick, especially those (like me) with asthma. I know it's not a five star hotel, but that stuff comes off with a quick spry of bleach and a gentle wipe.
