I traveled in Ukraine and Poland , berlin my last stop of this trip, this hostel ruined my all joy I d had in my trip, its a really long story so the shortest way to explain this is very rude and not helpfull staff they dont even change bed sheets, you have to change it , all people are having their overnight guests in the rooms because hostel is very big it cant be checked.

This place was great. Very modern and easy to meet people each night. Meet up on the roof at the rooftop bar. There is an indoor and outdoor section. It's sweet. Great deals for happy hour then leave and hit up Watergate, The Weekend, or the bar district by the Eastside Gallery. The rooms themselves were extremely clean with our own bathroom with a shower and wifi in the room.

Not to be able to bring something to eat or drink to the room is just non sense.

Lovely clean, fun hostel....the staff were very friendly and very helpful (apart from one member of staff who wasn't impressed when I asked for information but hey can't have it all). Nice clean (small) kitchen for us poor people to cook in, with nice courtyard. The bar was cool with very decent happy hours and roof terrace. Overall good hostel, I would go back.

This was a great hostel. It was clean, the staff were great, there was even a guest shower to use if you hadn't booked a room. It was more of a party hostel, and the bar was fun.

Awesome place highly recommend this place! All hostels should take a look at this place because Wombats definitely have the right idea on how to run a youth hostel! Best hostel I have been to.

It was such a surprise to find somewhere so cheap that was also such great quality. I was in a six bed girls dorm and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Only thing that needs improving is the internet which dropped out a fair bit and wasn't available in the dorms. Change this and I'd give 100%!

Loved this hostel! the staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and quite, comfortable beds, no noise from the rooftop bar. Bar is awesome great happy hour drink specials. Only downside was only 2 of the 4 washing machines were working. Close to lots of great little restaurants, supermarket, and train station.

Overall it was good. Just one block from the metro, close to a few good restaurants and cafes. Had a girl dorm, was very clean. They had a kitchen facility downstairs to use, which was useful. Downside to the place was that the wifi only works downstairs. And during busy times you couldn't even get it to work. Also, I hated how just anyone could walk in and hang around. Didn't feel too secure.

The hostel overall was great. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean with own bathrooms and lockers. The bar upstairs was awesome. The only down side was the WiFi was horribly slow and only available in the lobby or at the bar and checkout was at 10am.

The bar with terrasse is really cool, even more when it's happy hour (bier for 1euro!)..and it it twice a day ! Then, the staff is sympathic and aware of the good bars/clubs in town, so definitly chat with them ! And of course rooms are ok : 4 beds with huge lockers where you can put your suitcase and go out with serenity. Definitly, for 22euros it is worth it-and more. Thank you Wombats, I'll come visit you again ;)

Wombats Berlin has been one of my favorite hostels so far. Great staff thats always willing to help. Large rooms with private bathrooms. And the Wombar on the 7th floor is the best!

It's one of the biggest hostels I've been to. Atmosphere was so so due to the masses of ppl. Bar on top of the building is nice but very loud. Rooms are spacious. They all have an ensuite bathroom but there seems to be no extra bathroom in the hall for free access which just sucks esp. in the mornings when everyone wants to pee and shower... Each bed has a lil shelf and a light and power plug. BUT that dang shelf is so mis-placed, everyone hit their heads and body on it! Good value over all.

Great experience. We were 4 and we made a book in a 6-person-room, but finally they gave us a complete 4-person-room. So it was really nice.
