Staff dealt with problems and issues promptly with professionalism; locations are fantastic, the activities in hostels are in abundance, close to train station is always a bonus.

Good hostel, very beneficial location, a little old furniture, but for one night it was fine.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful but there are people knocking on our door 1 nights in a roll, that was a bit annoying. The location is very good and there are 2 supermarkets next to the hostel. Also a small Chinese/Japanese restaurant just a few shops after. Police station is near by as well. The offered city tour for free (but you would tip the tour guide at the end), the tour we had was excellent! The tour doesn't start at "The lounge" it starts at another wombats hostel "N"

It was a very nice experience staying there, the room was big enough for the 8 beds(something that not always happens when you book a bed in a room like this). for me the location was great, in front of westbanhof, so you just have to cross the street and there you are, maybe for some people it is far from the main atracctions but i walked to every places and it was not that far...in case you do not like walking there is a subway near the sation. The breakfast costs 3,9 euros.

Our stay in a private room was great. We in particular enjoyed the staff's helpfulness, and must say that in comparison to the Budapest Wombats, the staff are great. The hostel was clean, the basement bar was wonderful to watch some world cup games. The only criticism that I can provide is that the free breakfast was not always consistent, if I pay my cash to get a free breakfast, I don't want the food to be running low later in the morning for things like fruit, brown bread or ham. Thanks guys!

A bit far out from the main part of the city, but really close to the train station, and it's an easy walk to wherever you want to go. The hostel is fine, great kitchen!

Reasonable hostel if staying for a few nights, bar is quite boring, reception staff are friendly and approachable, location is right next to a main train station, surrounding places aren't interesting. it is average and not worth the money.

The wombat hostel and huge and more like hotels. They do provide all of the necessities and they're good for quick stays but not for meeting people and hanging out. Only stayed a night and it was great for that.

The hostel is close to everything you need, which is great. Very safe, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms too. But above all, the staff is really just great, so friendly and helpful. This is where you want to go next for sure!

The rooms were very nice and spacious and it was great having an ensuite bathroom! The common room facilities were also really nice and had plenty of space but the hostel was so big it had almost a hotel feel to it. This is great but as a solo traveller I felt the opportunity to meet others wasn't great. The kitchen was too small for the number of guests but other than these small things the hostel was very nice, clean and well decorated! Staff were also helpful and the free walking tour great!

It seems like a good place to meet other backpackers, and it's located right by the metro, so you can get to the center and other sights easily.
