We stayed here for two nights and we loved our stay. Wood-castle is very great place for stay. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable and big . we had also food here which was very tasty and breakfast was great also as we have to leave early next day they don,t mind to serve you early . we were very happy for our stay at woodcastle!

Great staff, friendly and very accommodating! The location is a bit out of the way, so recommend using their airport/train pickup service. They were on-time for our pickup with clear name signs to be easily recognized. Good breakfast & very helpful for any questions we had. Close to Karol Baugh metro. The manager was wonderful & all our needs were taken care of, including a room change (just a bit more room for 2 friends bunking together) and quick/cheap laundry service. Great value for money.

Beautiful room. Location is very nice, right next to the metro

Our taxi from airport searched this hostel a long time. Good place to stay, but don´t ask anything about tickets, because they want to sell only their own routes in India and their taxis, even if you already have your own plans where to go and how. The manager would not tell you anything, only that the train tickets are sold out and it´s very hard to get tickets. In the evening reception told us, that they could make us breakfast, but when we were going out, nobody was awake.

My wife stayed at Wood Castle with two kids, and everything was just awesome. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming, every day they had chocolate bars for the kids! They're always there to help with the taxi, currency exchange etc. Breakfasts are always delicious, and they also can cook for you during the day. The neighborhood is great for a tourist. It feels very safe around the hotel, there's an interesting market nearby. A metro station is within a walking distance.

this was a very clean hotel, lovely room and hot water. I was not keen on the location it was down a small street with lots of dogs running about. staff were friendly and helpful, they did try to get you to take their car and driver instead of the train as we had planned but we were firm about our plans. no problems with hotel but location was not good for me.

It needs to be pointed out that this a hotel, not a true backpacker hostel. That being said, it is a very nice, clean place with great helpful staff. Located down a quiet street which is very welcome after spending the day in the chaotic, noisy atmosphere of Delhi.

Totally worth the extra penny, not the cheapest hostel in Delhi, but an excellent choice for a first time India traveller.

Nice, clean rooms. Very helpful staff that helped us find things nearby and walked with us to show us the way. A quiet place out of the busy tourist area but right by a metro station that makes it easy to get anywhere.

We came directly from the airport via the metro which was easy. Once at the station get an auto or tutuk to the hotel. Breakfast was included and fine. Eggs, toast and tea: good location with a decentcoffee place nearby called Glen,s bakery..best coffee so far on our trip.

Stay here if you come to Delhi! It feels like a relaxed oasis after being in overcrowded Delhi. Hassan and all the other staff were incredibly helpful. They have multiple drivers that can take you around Delhi to see the sights if you only have a day or two as we did. Great hot showers and coon area! Definitely recommend!

Clean, well maintained, safe mid-range accommodations in the Karol Bagh suburb of Delhi. But NOT a hostel, it's a decent hotel. I didn't meet anyone during my two days here. If you want to meet travellers, id recommend a true hostel over Wood Castle. If you want a decent hotel, and you're travelling with others, this place is satisfactory. One note: it's off a side road, so your tuktuk or cab may struggle to find it, especially at night.

This is our last stop in India for 5weeks traveling. Two managers gave us the wrong room and couldn't find the exact money we should pay.No WiFi in the room only in the commom area. But when you are there,at least 4 staff around you talking loudly and peep at your mobile/iPad monitor to see what you are doing.Weird atmosphere! It seems like their office for making money.More conservative and don't talk your trip plan to anyone would be the best way. Any help from the staff may cost you a lot!

Great Location if you don't want to stay in a really touristy part of Delhi - very close to a market which was full of locals, also very close to the metro. Very clean. Staff were nice but didn't go out of their way to give us useful information (eg a map of the city). I would stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again. This was a safe haven in the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The room was spotless with everything we needed. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had recommended a taxi tour organised through them one afternoon as we had limited time in Delhi to see the sights. When they found out we couldn't get into the Red fort as it was too crowded, they were very apologetic and gave us a free airport lift to make up for it.
