Helen and Patrice Goberville are your hosts at this superb Fáilte Ireland Approved 4* B&B accommodation set in its own grounds on Golf Links Road, Westport, just 10/15 minutes walk from the town centre. This spacious residence has a seclusion and serenity that belies its closeness to the town.

Helen is a native of Westport while Patrice is originally from Northern France and they are both bi-lingual in English and French. Your hosts take a delight in making new acquaintances and ensuring a very lovely and memorable stay for all their guests. They are more than happy to assist you in any way possible with recommendations ( restaurants , visits, music and pubs etc) and to provide you with information on scenic routes to take.

Finally, you are guaranteed a 'warm Irish welcome' with a French touch which is probably one of the reasons they come highly recommended on Trip Advisor. Westport, a national Tidy Towns winner, is a beautiful and colourful town with lots to see and do including, golfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding etc.

The recently opened walking and cycling route “Greenway” which stretches from Westport to Achill is conveniently located just two minutes walk from the front door of Woodside Lodge making it the perfect location to take advantage of the newest outdoor attraction in Mayo.
