I've just gave a poor review on the staff because in hostelworld it says is 24 hours reception so I've schedule a client to 3:30 AM (due to different time zones) and the receptionist told me the reception was closed and I couldn't stay there and TOLD ME TO GO TALK WITH MY CLIENT IN THE BATHROOM. The other staff were nice though. The reason facilities are very poor ranked is because it is a 4 (or more)-stories building with no elevator whatsoever
bathroom was really bad..... it was broken bur they didn't fix;;; bur the other things was good ^^ gooooooood location

Okay for one night. Showers are cold and there is no way to turn up the temperature. A bit run down and crowded feel. The rooms need large lockers or something. Rooms were just a huge mess with stuff everywhere!
I stayed in this hostel for a full week. Very clean, cleaned daily. Each bed has an additional safe which is very handy. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay, continental so you know what you're getting. Hostel is very safe and secure, within two minute walk of Anvers Metro, 5 minute walk from Sacre Couer and Moulin Rouge. Fantastic hostel, will definitely stay there again.
I guess for Paris the price is ok but I've been to better hostels for less money. The breakfast was ok, they gave us rolls (tasting slightly like plastic), one croissant each, butter, marmelade, coffe and orange juice. The room was ok too, but very noisy because it was right beside the street and you couldn't sleep with the window open. The matrasses were worn out and there were too few showers, one for each floor. Also the kitchen was very badly equipped. At least there was a supermarket near.
I spend one night in this hostel and then I move to another where for the same price I get much more (The Village Hostel). The bed was the most unconfortable bed I have ever sleep and has no sheets. The breakfast was average (maybe poor) but there was sign with the next sentece: "One bread for each person" and a person keeping an eye on it (something inappropriateness, in my opinion).
worst hostel I've been so far, wow, the room was insanely small, the staff wasn't good, like they were doing you a favor for charging you €21 for staying in a crappy hostel in a 10 person room. You have to get out of the room from 11 to 2pm and nothing was cleaned, so no idea why, the breakfast was average, the kitchen kinda sucked, and there were no lounge area almost anything to socialize, a freaking cat all day in the "comedor" area... well, not going back to that hostel man.
The hostel is in a good location, close to Sacre Couer, Molin Rouge, and Anvers Metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed alone in a double room. The room was adequate: the bed was comfy and having a sink was convenient. The shower was kinda strange, the shower-head was about 7 feet from the floor, water sprays everywhere, and you have to keep pressing the button every few seconds for water. But there weren't many people on my floor, so the bathroom was always free.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved the free breakfast. Only complaint would be that it was a little far from the metro.
Very goog, maybe the bar was a bit too small. But otherwise, it was excellent
In general I was enjoying during that days en Paris, even I was able to start and to keep some friends and relationships; for the other side, breakfeast was nice, milk, juice, cereals... and the bread I liked!!! However, despite to find some hostels in Paris, in general they are expensive.. ok I know that in France prices in general are higher compared with another countries, but always it's possible to get some discount or consideration in relation to young people, because, we are who travel.
nothing to complain about! =) near the market, near the liquor store, near the metro! friendly staff! very helpful! great shower! great breakfast! safes in the room and the reception, safe for the notebook. key for each one of us!
Very nice hostel with good conditions, only little bit noisy.
reasonable price even in a place like Paris, staff is nice. Neighborhood is much safer than I image in Montmartre and it is indeed close to subway station. There is only one shower and one washroom in each floor of around 20 people (if my memory is right) so it really need fully observation and a bit lucky to get available shower :P password lockers are in the room. P.s, the sweets shop beside the hostel is fantastic!
We stayed for a few days in a private room for two and were completely satisfied with our stay. Nothing overly fancy, but perfectly fine and very cheap. We were happy to be so close to the metro and to Montmartre where we had a concert to attend one night.
Cold shower, Not cool! Staff was short to the point of rudeness at check-in.
