The atmosphere ot the hostel is cozy and safe, full of typical Romance Paris, but there is one thing ,the shower water is a little cold,,,,,

As a true traveller and none a snooty one-off hostel stayer, I am appalled by all aspects of this hostel. I have been travelling the world/hostel crawling for the past two years and this hostel is by far the worst. The staff are absolutely terrible meaning the general mood is constantly down. When you arrive you are given a strict set of rules to abide by. Regardless of the price you must pay for sheets. Even though you've PAID to stay there, you MUST leave from 11-3 every day??

The staff was really bad, the main one. That makes the atmosphere also not good. The bathroons were just very poor, no where for you to put your clothes on when taking a shower! How can it be clean???

The staff was not friendly which makes the hostel a bad one. The cleaning ladies are more friendly than the receptionist guy and woman. That is weird, is it not?

The majority of my stay was pretty good. The exceptions being that the wifi was a joke (it constantly cut in and out and ran very very slow it also didn't even reach the room) the one fridge for the entire hostel was by far not enough and considering there is a lockout everyday the cleanliness of the hostel was relatively average. Also included breakfast Didn't make sense because you were limited to one piece of bread each? Otherwise the staff are nice and the hostel as a whole is ok.

this mixed rooms for 6people looks like a chicken cage and this great free breakfast, ist just a joke! you wil eat at rezeption area, where is not a proper breakfast room. location is great, but too overprized, outside toiletts, in the backyard.......

I was really dissapointed. Internet connection was really really bad and the beds were so old and made so much noise that two people in our room slept on the floor.

The staff at this establishment were very rude and always seemed like they hated their jobs and did not want to help anyone, it didn't matter who was on staff. The Kitchen is tiny with not much in it so it is difficult to cook anything. You are not allowed in your rooms from 11am to 3pm for cleaning but the bathrooms and showers never seemed that clean and a jug of milk sat in my room the entire time I was there. Negative atmosphere and I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

The hostel is nice but the bathrooms are dirty and the showers were cold and uncomfortable. The kitchen was good and the hostel is warm. The beds are uncomfortable because they are old. The rest is good.

A good place to stay for a few nights. The workers were generally very pleasant and helpful. The hostel did lack a common area for guests to meet or hang out in and there is also no kitchen. The bathrooms were clean as were the beds. Overall a nice happy place but lacking several key aspects to make it a great hostel. The location was decent but required a bit of walking or use of the metro to get to most of the major nightlife or tourist attractions.

Great hostel with a cool environment, easy to gt to from Paris Nord and really friendly staff. Would go back if I was in Paris again. Only downside is the lack of bathrooms.

I didn't enjoy my stay. First we were put in the room for 10 peolpe despite when we reserved it was a 4-beds room. The neighbourhood is nice, but inside it is dark and shabby. The staff was not warm and they looked tired. I had feeling that they didn't want to be disturbed. The good thing was that the breakfast was included, but on the other hand you should pay for bedshits and towels. The same service can be found for less money.

Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was great. Very social. You do have to rent sheets and the bathrooms are cold and inconvenient if you value your privacy. Also, keep in mind that this is not a youth hostel. However, I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend. It was easy to get to by metro and right near the Sacre Coeur.

I gave the staff excellent, because I arrived in a crisis, my bank card being retained by the cash point and me having less cash on me than I needed for the room I booked. The guy at the reception was very helpful and booked me a bed in a mixed dorm for which I had enough money and was patient as well. I stayed one night and didn't spend much time at the hostel at all, for maybe 4 hours overall including sleep. Th mattresses need to be renewed, they are in quite a poor state.

I did not feel comfortable with lock-out time every day. Also it was very loud at night. I could hear other people's steps and door was closed with a loud sound. And I wish heating can be controlled. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
