Great hostel! The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the showers were always warm, breakfast was good, the location wasn't too far from train stations and the metro, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hostel to anyone!

I think the best part of the hostel was its location and the staff was also very helpful. However, there could have been more bathrooms for each level and more plugs in the rooms and I think that -- even though I realize Paris hostels are more expensive -- it would have been nice to have sheets included in the price (I did bring my own sheets though, as I did not want to have to pay for them).

Not the best bathroom.... Only one for each floor, so you share it with 10-15 people. And it's automated, which means you can't control the temperature and have to press the button every 20 seconds. At least it's a good way to save water.

I didnt enjoyed my stay in woodstock. The bed were terrible, with a big hole in the middle, and if you wanted shits, you had to pay 2,50 for then, plus a fiance of 2,50. The breakfast is poor and too early, it ends at 9:30, exactly so we cant get up to take it. The kitchen and the smoking area are closen by ten, you couldnt stay anywhere, and the staff was irregular, some really nice, and some extremely rude. Ive stayed in cheapers and better hostels than this one, for sure.

Good location - not much fun for a solo traveller though it might have been the time of year!

Hostel in a great location. Right near the metro, Sacre coeur. Only one shower and toilet per floor, but pretty clean. Simple breakfast. Go early for croissants!!! Plus, they need hooks in the showers!!!

Excellent hostel for Paris (standards often quite bad and poor value for money). It's clean, the staff were helpful (and polite, another rarity), breakfast was very decent, and the free safe to keep your valubles was very very welcome

Stayed in a 6-bed mixed dorm for 3 nights. It had an ensuite shower and attached sink. w00t! Room was ok although they should make it compulsory to rent sheets. Shower was hot and steamy, pressing the button every 15 sec was no problem for us. Internet was a little touch and go. The common area was usually buzzing and breakfast was ok. Location was great. Overall an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!

The breakfast that was included declined over my five night stay... I wouldn't rely on it for your entire breakfast. Had to pay the entire cost of my stay in CASH when I checked in; had to take out money at an ATM and watched many people do the same. Only book the minimum nights you need here.

Had my backpack ransacked... Money from a hidden money belt was stolen. Watch out when they 'lock down' your rooms because they aren't just cleaning your rooms/beds (that don't even have sheets for free....?... god knows what they are cleaning...) they will thoroughly clean out your bags too! CAREFUL! Also they only have 1 knife (used for buttering bread and chopping goods). No kettle... (pretty basic right?) Anyways.. still enjoyed my time in Paris.

A really nice hostel in a great location - very short walk to different Metro lines, close to cafes and bars. The hostel was clean and the staff were helpful, I would happily recommend it.

It was alright. there's a 2am curfew, which can be kind of a downer, but then again the metro does close at 1:30 or so. the folk at the hostel tend to be on the older side, so if youre looking for the university-kid crowd you may want to look elsewhere. other than that - lots of charm, well situated (right by the sacre-coeur and the metro is a 2-minute walk; besides, the montmartre neighborhood itself is gorgeous), provided breakfast (croissants, cereals, juice - it does close at 9:30 sharp), ..
