Woonhotel Eindhoven Reviews

We arrived at the Hostel and there was nobody there to receive us. We had to call the lady who works there from a public telephone. It was very cold!!!! And we had to wait half an hour...

Very clean and silent place; about 10 minutes by walk from city center. Helpful and nice staff!

We stayed in the hotel twice during one week.. It's quite strange place.. there is no staff or reception.. When you are leaving, nobody cares, just leave key in the box or in room..they don't care.. Some strange people were living there. We reserved ensuited room but the bathroom was shared... AND both times we had used and realy dirty bed linen and towels so we had to ask for clean one (I had to tell that the staff girl was friendly). First room was quite dirty.. second one bit cleaner..

There was a big readable sign that states "Woonhotel Eindhoven", but it was just a regular door in a building, not a separate facility that looks like a hotel or so. On my way to the hotel, I was told by the cab driver that this hotel does this all the time. They make you call, go to a different address to pick up a key and then come back to the building. Do you know how much this costs when you are new in town and gotta go by a taxi? Nobody ever informed me about this. This is a joke.
