There were some water problem in the room where we were supposed to stay so the owner provided us a room in another property. Room was good and near by roma termini. Overall nice experience.

Wow Roma is literaly above everthing. Though we did not stay in the original booked place, the new place was more close to the train station. It is clean and close to everything we needed. Maggie is very friendly and informative. I have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

This hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was prefect and we really enjoyed the coffee machine. It was also nice having access to snacks in the refrigerator for the afternoon. Maki is extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good tips for traveling around Rome, namely the Roma Pass. Though it was a shared bathroom, we hardly noticed, as the bathroom was kept extremely clean.

We were sent to other same owner's hostel named Moshi Moshi due to Wow Roma had water problem. This is not the problem ! Host Maki was extremely helpful on our delayed lugguage caused by airline. Her trip advice was also impressed. Excellent location as the hostel was very near termini, however, it's drawback was noisy at night time from lots of street guys hang out at the termini. Rooms in the other side must be better.

The room was spacious and quiet. The location is an easy walk from Termini station, right next door to the National museum. Our host was extremely helpful in getting us a cab to the airport and personally seeing us off at 3:00AM

We were moved to the owners other hostel when we arrived as there was a water problem and it was quick and easy. The room we were given was very cute and clean. We were given a mobile phone to ring Maki if we had any problems while we were out and the wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast in the morning was fairly good, nowhere to sit and eat though. Only problem was the shower - nowhere near warm enough and you had to sit down in the bath to use it. Overall, we enjoyed staying at Wow Roma!

Very close to Tremini Station, so convenient access to trains, and both Metro lines. The staff were lovely! As we had told them our arrival time, they had someone waiting (usually no reception). We were given our own keys, city map (+ advice), and a cell phone in case we needed to reach them or make local calls! Towels, hairdryers, and laptop provided. And of course, 24 hours breakfast buffet is wonderful! Would highly reccommend for quiet and pleasant stay in Rome.

The hostel was average. Just average. The people who managed the hostel were nice enough but entirely unprofessional. The availability of the staff was erratic and undependable. They also were foreign to Rome and could provide few suggestions of things to see or restaurants to dine in. The hostel is CASH ONLY which is inconvenient, and the staff does not carry change for larger bills. They expect you to accept an "I owe you", and ask you to leave them with your passport.

The hotel was superbly located and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We just wish we'd been able to pay for our balance with our credit cards. Apparently the owner had trouble with the bank. that's what he said. It gave us the impression that he just needed the cash and had no machine to processes cards at all. It's not technically a hotel but a remodelled apartment, so I guess it's understandable; but the website should clarify that you can't pay by credit card there.

Excellent place to stay! My friend and I had a great time. The owner, Maki, is so helpful. She lent us a cellphone in case we have questions during our stay. There's also an all-day breakfast table.

Wow Roma has problems with water supply during our stay but we were offered to stay at another b&b owned by the same owner. The Japanese owner is super friendly and helpful and gave helpful tips to travellers. She even gave us a phone we can use to call her if there's any problem with the b&b or we got into any problem in Rome(eg. got lost). There was food which you can eat all day long and the b&b is very clean and comfortable. Location was superb, just next to Roma Termini station.

REally nice hostel. The owners were very helpful and willing to give you some suggestions of hte city. The breakfast wasnt the best. Some toasts and cakes and juice. The cheese container needs to be washed. Perfect location becuase its right by the bus terminal and subway terminal. Accesible to the vatican city and Colossseum.

we had a great stay, the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Good travel insights were shared to us that made our trip even more worthy ( as advised, we bought the roma pass and it was handy ! ) basic food supply are 24 hours made available such as yogurt, bread, milk and food juices which was awesome! mobile for 'emergency' was also given to us by B&B owner which was extremely thoughtful.

They charge tax on top of the amount due, so expect the price to go up.
