'Zhang Zhi Dong' arsenal 80 years ago, 824 factory 50 years ago, now is reformed to a youth park, with creativity, passion and romantic. Many design studio, art gallery and photography agency move here, live in old house, reformed industrial workshop, or creative new building. Facilities are bad. Sheets are not changed. Staff told me it was because of the raining, so they could not wash the sheet!!! Nonsense!! I have to change the sheets myself! Security is bad! Doors are not locked when we are out. We have to put our belongings in the receptions. Cleaniess is also the main problem. The toliet is not washed for ages.
