On the surface the hostel looks great, but it was seriously lacking in facilities. Location was okay. No stores in the area, in a sort of business district. Neighborhood completely dead. We booked the 4 bed female dorm which was at the end of the hall beind a beaded curtain with no sign on the door and also no lock. Seemed very strange. ONE bathroom/shower room for the entire hostel. Not very clean. Staff moderately helpful, but seemed very disorganized. No cold water or change.

One of the best hostels I\'ve stayed in. Well decorated with wall paintings/messages. Facilities include small cafe and pool table. Operated by a bunch of friendly students. They own at least 3 dogs and 2 cats - great plus for animal lovers. Located in Yingwu Dadao Guqintai, which in my opinion is a perfect location due to its serene surroundings and proximity to the Guqintai park and an art park. Might not be located in Wuchang or Hankou but there are many buses to there. Greatly recommended.

No working sinks in the bathroom! There's no place to brush your teeth or wash your hands... I was appalled. If you have pet allergies, stay away. Also, rock hard Chinese matresses with covers that don't get washed. Gross. Go elsewhere.

The facility is rather poor, althought the reception is quite helpful. The hardware here definitely needs improvement.
