About Wushanyi International Youth Hostel

Welcome to Hangzhou WuShanyi international youth hostel!
Hostel is at the downtown of HangZhou, about 1 kilometres away from the WestLake and 3 kilometres away from HangZhou train station.

Hostel is at the backdrop of Wu Shan, historically a hill of many legends of the past. A wide range of plantation is around the hill such ginko, maples, camphor and pines. Walking up hill for ten minutes, a majestic building “Cheng Huang Temple” is in the distance. Visitors can have a panorama view of the West Lake and Qian Tang River. The down hill path next to the building leads you to another scenic spot in the vicinity.

“He Fang Jie” at the foot of the hill is a re-generation of the Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture, some of then are actually renovated originals, which displays the historical way of living in Hangzhou about folk and crafts, shopping, food and antiques. One of the interesting architectures in this street is “Hu Qing Yu Tang” which was built by a renowned merchant. It is typical old layout dividing the building into two segments. The front was for business and the back was a workshop for making herbal medicines. A museum of Chinese medicine is adjacent to it.

On the left side of the hostel through “He Fang Jie”, walking for ten minutes will hit another scenic spot of the West Lake-'Orioles Singing in the Willows', A private garden once belonged to the emperor is now open to the public. Special spices of willows are grown along the paths and the access road.

We have canteen, Public phone, Laundry service restaurant, reading room and Internet cafe, TV room, bicycle renting, blank CD/DVD, printing.

Please Note: There is no towel for Dorm
