You should think twice about staying here if you don't speak any Spanish, the staff will not help you out. Good luck when trying to explain a payment of a 10 percent deposit through hostelworld. The hostel itself is very small and resembles a family home in looks and sophistication. It's in Zona 10, which is the nicer area but personally I wouldn't go back to this hostel or Guatemala City. Both of which are depressing. Certainly nothing of interest lies therein.

Bad: They say airport pick-up, but I reserve and send my info, and no pick-up. I booked online, pay a small deposit, and ended up paying full fare anyway... Good: VERY clean location, bathroom and shower very clean... Powerful shower... Free internet.

The facilites were very good - nice kitchen and outdoors area! If only there had been some more people... I was the only one staying there my first night. The staff could defo use some help the the friendly department.

Although they never did confirm my airport pick-up, there was a taxi driver waiting for me after all! Other than that, the hostal was pretty empty but that may have been due to it being easter weekend. A good, clean place to stay! I would definitely stay again.

They say the offer a pick-up shuttle from the airport, but I emailed them five times before I arrived with no response. I ended up taking a taxi.

Fabulous youth hostel. Best I've been to in ages. We came with kids, and it worked out great.

Rooms at the back very moisy every night even in the week until at leaset 2am due to club next door. Apart from that the location is good and ok to walk around and the staff are very helpful.
