I think laundry service is little expensive. The room can be clean than before especially for the corner of the room.

The staff wasn't too great, mostly due to poor communication skills en general disinterest/laziness. The cleaning ladies didn't really know how to clean (hint: it's not spraying air freshener into a bathroom every morning) and them waking up the whole dorm at 9 am in the process isn't particularly hospitable either. The lockers/secure storage is overpriced. Internet is only available the outside courtyard that serves as a motorbike parking during the day. My advice: find a better place.

A dreadful staff, after traveling for 10 hours non stop without break I arrive in L.P. and the staff cannot find my reservation, I ask to use their internet and they refuse and tell me to find an internet cafe and get a print out. After looking at the printout for 15 minutes, they decide to register me and demand all the nights money in advance. I explained to them that I haven't all the money to pay all my stay in advance a can pay later in the evening. The staff refused to check me.

Very clean and large bed for a dormitory. Warm shower and friendly staff. Must pay for locker and leaving your luggage after checkout. Pretty location, and one of the cheapest places I could find in Luang Prabang.

Good location, clean bed, but very poor staff. Issues with aircon and lokers and staff have a bad manner towards guests

This hostel was not worth staying in. Very overpriced, horrible showers, unclean, and a staff that was unhelpful and had no information about the town. There are tons of much better cheaper places all over the city. My advice is to wait until you arrive then go searching for a place- don't book anything in advance!!!

Some of the staff was very helpful and competent, however there was miscommunication with their night staff that resulted in our group paying for things we did not need to. We bought a locker for security from the night staff who said they did not have any receipts to give us for the key that we would return before checking out. We tried a few times to obtain a receipt after that, but the answer was the same. Therefore, when we checked out the morning staff said that he could not give us our

Good hostel, not too expensive and the beds were big and comfortable in the dorm, with your own private space, light and plug so big plus there. Showers that were touted as "excellent" weren't but they were useable... just ignore the sign outside haha. Staff were good although sometimes absent. Towels you could rent were great and the place was clean and had a great location as well. All round definitely good but could do with some improvements and wifi in the dorms.

The hostel was good, but it wasn´t as clean as I expected it to be. However, the shower was really nice!

This is a good and proper guesthouse with clean sheets, hot shower and good beds. There are not enough keys for the amount of guest though, so the door of the dorms is away open, wich is not okay because the guesthouse is in the centre of town.

In comparison to every other place this hostelwith 45.000 kip per bed in an eightbed-dorm is a lot too expensive. Find someone to share a room with and you can find a room for 40000/ 50000 kip behind the nightmarket. The hostel has a problem with the canalisation. So it really stinks. The stuff is always overwhelmed and not able to find solutions for problems. Though it is obvious you put them in a very uncomfortable situation.

Good location, and easy to go near by, but the receiptionist little bit rude, and in lao, you need to pay first and service later, the receiptionist always left, so always empty in the front desk
