Great hostel, worth the extra journey on the metro, rooms very clean & spacious.

Very good place. But there is no bar with beer, and anyone use the comum area. Seems like a hotel, not a hostel.

We had a really nice stay at the Y-Loft on the days of CNY. We also got a small insight into chinese tradition (wish papers for the door). Great! One small disadvantage: our room was directly next to an "open" lounge (next to room 431) and the housemates didn't stop talking until around 11.30p.m and we heard every word. I would have prefered a rule which says that after 10pm the people should be quiet...

I had an excellent stay for three nights at Y-loft..it looked like more a hotel than a hostel. It was very neat and clean with a very friendly staff and in general it created a very nice and friendly atmosphere :) It is a bit far from downtown though, last stop of island line, approximately 25min ride, but definitely worth it!!! Highly recommended :D :D

It was very clean, the staff was very kind. It's far from city, but it's very close to Stanley. It takes 30 minutes to Central and Sheung Wan. So I think its location also is ok.. Maybe I'll find this hostel again^^
