Very nice relaxing stay with very helpful staff. I would particularly recommend the boat cruise around the sounds!!

Nice kitchen with CD- and LP-Players Wonderful SPA-Jacuzzi Special movie-room with comfortable interieur and a lot of DVDs All in all, this Hostel is perfect for everyone!

Anakiwa Lodge was definitely the greatest place we stayed in on our trip around New Zealand. It's the perfect place to explore the beautiful Malborough Sounds. The owners Darrell and Debby are lovely and they try everything to make your stay unforgettable. We went on a personal boat cruise with Darrell, went kayaking and relaxed in the hot tub (which you can use for free). If you are looking for a bit of relaxation and beautiful scenery you should visit Anakiwa!
