The rooms were clean and authentic, but a bit small. My room door didn't work properly, be aware of locking outside the room because it might not be opened from outside even with the key. The toilet downstair was smelly, the ones upstairs were better. Anyway, we just expected a sleep over place close to Pat Pong, and it was over expectation.

I really like their location which is next to the Metro station, the staffs (especially Mew) are very friendly and funny :) Also thanks Otto for helping me plan my trip to the southern island. I will be back soon

I really hate to say anything bad about this place because the staff was so kind. However, the place was kind of a mess. It was completely overrun with cockroaches. By this, I mean that I saw no less than 20-30 cockroaches throughout the day, especially in the bathrooms and the lobby. The bathrooms were small and water backed up often so that you couldn't shower without stepping in someone else's bath water. It is kind of in a boring part of town as well.

Super helpful and friendly receptionist. Dorm room way too hot as fan not working and air con broke down. Noisy due to proximity to trainline and road.

Would have expected more for the money. Room was ok and staff too, but bathroom was flooded, toilet was really small and unclean and the doors didn't lock neither, so taking a shower wasn't really a pleasure. Security was good with all the cameras and locks around the main entrance.

I came in late at night, and the first thing I saw were cockroaches in the bathroom. That did it for me.

Dirty, toilet didn't flush, no blanket, no towels, poor staff. Computer costs more than internet cafe and staff won't even let you borrow the phone. Breakfast has time limit till 10am, but the food runs out pretty quick and no plates or napkins to put bread on. Also if you miss your "arrival time" by ">2hrs (i was 5 secs out of that limit due to flight delay, not my fault!)", they won't take your deposit and charge you for a more expensive room. For 300b, there are much better hostels around.

I have been to some hostels in Bangkok. I find this YHA hostel was only good for 1 night stay...2 nights would be pushing it.

The staff was very friendly and gave good advice for sightseeing etc. The rooms were very clean. It was close to the skytrain, what I prefer. But it also was very noisy and not much facilities around. The breakfast was poor (the staff called it light). I missed plates and knifes.

I had a private room which was good but the toilet on my floor was flooded. The showers were cold! The airconditioning in the room was so cold but there was no blanket. But it was fine easy enough to get to

very nice welcome. A little traffic noise in the rooms, but you can still sleep easily. There was a cockroach in the shower, but this was probably due to the recent floodings in Bangkok when we were there, rather then a lack of cleanliness. Perfect location right next to the skytrain. Ideal for people who want easy acces to the city rather then a cosy home away from home.

I had a great time in this place. The skytrain is very close, so it is easy to reach anywhere from here. The manager is a great guy and he was very friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and the wifi working very good. My only minus points are because of the extreme rudeness of the cleaning lady which kept shouting for anything. I would have stayed more nights if I didn't book previously another place. Thank you Tadpole!

Cockroaches. The place itself didn't look dirty, but the first rain made all four (tiny) bathrooms and three of the four (tiny) showers unusable because they were occupied by cockroaches. The fourth shower was cold. I had made my reservation for 5 nights, and when I found the roaches on the second I tried to cancel. They refused to refund the whole amount, though I wouldn't have left without the roaches. Good points: the staff was very nice and it's a good, central location.

The staff was very friendly but the guesthouse itself is nothing special and for the price I would expect more.

The hostel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a dorm but had the whole room to myself. The accommodation is excellent. I found the location to be a problem though. The hostel is in more of a business downtown district that isn't very convenient for tourists. If you are traveling alone you likely wont find too much to do in this area. But it is very close to the sky train if you want to travel to other parts of the city.

Just your basic hostel - easy to get on and off the skytrain, ideal for a quick overnight stay nothing long term. Staff are very friendly though.

A little small, but if you're out on a budget and not looking for a peaceful break from the chaos that is Bangkok, it's quite nice.
