Good value for money even you have to pay 3 pound extra if you're not YHA member. Excellent location, not far away from Bristol Temple Meads, 10 - 15 mins of walking. Clean and tidy. Very nice place to stay in Bristol. I certainly come back. Thanks!

Hostel was clean, central and secure. Common rooms were nice for relaxing and hanging with friends. Unfortunately the Wi-fi and breakfast were not free. There was a clean, well-stocked kitchen though..

Too expensive. Wi-Fi is not free. That's my only problem.

Comfortable and well designed hostel with lots of character. Our only comment is that with no shower curtain, the shower water goes everywhere, soaks the floor and through into the room (we had a room with its own shower). Loved everything else.

The bunk bed could be a bit more robust (I could feel the other person moving around throughout the night). Otherwise, an excellent hostel.

Great hostel, clean and nicely decorated as well as very well located. The fact they charge you £3 extra if you're not a YHA member is a bit cheeky and they would do better if it was announced clearly, but still, all in all a very good hostel.

Nice friendly welcome. I like this hostel as it is not grubby like some others (!) and has a great, colourful atmosphere. I tried dormitory accommodation in Bristol YHA two years previously and had a dreadfully disturbed night (people coming in at all hours). I recommended reserving some dorms for those wanting a quieter experience. I wonder if this has been been done.

The hostel overall was well kept and clean, and the location was absolutely perfect - the only criticism would be that the lift seemed to be very temperamental and often would not appear when called etc.

Excellent location and very nice decor. Only drawback was lack of sign to the stairs rather than lift.

Very nice hostel with an excellent location, everyt sight is reachable by foot. I had a wonderful view towards the harbour from the fourth floor. Rooms were clean, toilets as well, but the shower could have been cleaner. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The café and lounge are very nice to have a drink or something to eat, or to just hang around. All in all, a nice hostel which I definitely recommend.
