The staff were rude, no heating, a very dirty hostel, no hot water.

Location is about 20-30 mins walk to Cardiff city centre. The hostel is located close to a bus stop so good access to the city via the bus or taxi. Hostel is clean and provides a decent breakfast in the morning for a small additional fee.

It says on the website that it is 15 minutes walk from the centre. This is very false advertising as it takes 45 minutes.Apart from that everything else was great

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed me to extend my stay on the morning I was due to leave.

Abit too far out of central cardiff to walk - especially if you plan to have a few drinks at night. Taxi is around 10 pounds home.
