Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpfull :) We really enjoyed our stay, at first we were abit unsure about the location as it is a bit out from city centre! but once we had worked out the buses and area we decided the location wasnt too bad at all. Was great that Roath park was so close.

it was quite expensive for just a bed, plus we had to put the bed sheets and duvet,and take them off in the morning, which is the staff's job to be honest.

First time staying at a hostel and it was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more helpful and understanding staff. Even coming all the way up to our room to return our car keys which we had left in reception

The heater does not work but the staff was quite nice enough to solve the problem. Good for short stay as it's cheap.

We had a great stay here the night before the Rugby, very clean and nice and helpful owner. Very warm doonas, which is great for winter, but rooms were heated so was warm anyway! Good communal kitchen. Location was not awesome, but was easy enough to get bus into town.
