First time staying at a hostel and it was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more helpful and understanding staff. Even coming all the way up to our room to return our car keys which we had left in reception

The heater does not work but the staff was quite nice enough to solve the problem. Good for short stay as it's cheap.

We had a great stay here the night before the Rugby, very clean and nice and helpful owner. Very warm doonas, which is great for winter, but rooms were heated so was warm anyway! Good communal kitchen. Location was not awesome, but was easy enough to get bus into town.

generally the hostel alone is quite good, clean and staff is helpful and friendly. the bed is quite comfortable as well. reasonable price. the only thing is that it is quite far from town center, like 10 mins on a cab.it is possible to walk but people say around 30-45 mins, which is not very favourable after a whole day of walking. if you are not travelling alone, the wisest choice is to catch a cab from town center and it normally cost around 6 pounds.

Doors slammed regularly, surely correctly adjusted door closers will eliminate this. Having heard and seen the standard YHA breakfast at £4.95 before, I didn't bother because there is no chance of getting one's moneys worth

The place it's located 30 minutes from city centre and is not hard to get there. Be careful with the price, if you are not a member you will be charged with 3 extra pounds and with this difference you can book another place with breakfast included or in the city centre. Wi Fi was not working and if you want to use internet you have to pay. To sum up, It´s a nice place but I didn´t like hidden cost and is not my fault if internet is not working, they should provide the service at no cost.
