Charging £10 for WiFi for the night was absurd! Also I booked a bed in a 4 bed male room only to be put in a 8 bed dorm room when I arrived. This place was also far from the town centre and had no interesting things about it at all! Pity because the surrounding towns and countryside are really beautiful in the South West of England. Just find a more welcoming place to stay folks.Charging £10 for WiFi for the night was absurd! Also I booked a bed in a 4 bed male room only to be put in a 8 bed dorm room when I arrived. Arrived without booking reference and was told by YHA staff that they couldn't find any indication of booking. Lost the deposit put down to reserve room. Was told that they frequently have problems with recieved booking from hostelworld and we were lucky to be able to get a room as the hostel was not full. Otherwise we would have had no accomodationArrived without booking reference and was told by YHA staff that they couldn't find any indication of booking. Lost the deposit put down to reserve room.
