The hostel itself isn't bad but the staff are terrible. They didnt seem to have much of a clue what was going on. Extremely disorganised. I met a couple who had a late check in, and there was no staff and the outside door was locked! If I wasnt there they would have had to sleep outside, instead they got the living room couch!!The hostel itself isn't bad but the staff are terrible. This was a large, modern establishment.The facilities were clean and modern. The lounge was large and comfortable. The kitchen was large and modern but not all the stoves worked. It could also have done with more cooking utensils. A small critisicm but overall an excellent hostel. Very nice facilities, however my room had a very strong smell of mildew which was very annoying and even worse this could be dangerous to one's health if mould is present. This needs to be checked out!
