What made the YHA, Gisborne experience most memorable was the Manager, Clive Dean, his wife and staff. They met our needs with a joy that was clearly authentic and went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. I would definately stay at YHA Gisborne again, should our travel plans include New Zealand.
