One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Very clean, great location and nice & helpful staff! Even so, I still have some complaints. The Internet should absolutely be free, 1£/20 minutes is just insane. Also, an improvement advice: in most hostels in Europe the lockers have the locks on, and you can get the key for like 5? which you'll get back when returning the key. One thing they could do to make one's life easier is put some hooks and shelves in the en-suite bathrooms. And internet could be cheaper. Other than that everything is great.
