Very clean, comfortable, affordable, well-run hostel; good location, highly recommended. The only disappointment was lack of free wifi.

I have put poor for security because although everything else was good there were problems in the night. THe girls in the room next to us brought some French guys back and they were being extremely noisy, shouting and running up and down the corridor from 4 am until around 6 am. Despite my getting up and telling them to be quiet (they were too drunk or drugged to care) it went on and on. Next morning everyone was complaining about their behavior but the girl at reception didn't seem intereste

Check in didn't start the best way, with the attendant ignoring me until she had finished her conversation about partying, and then only barely acknowledging me thereafter. Hostel common spaces were excellent and had a great vibe. Pretty good value food as well. My room's size was adequate but the bathroom needed a deep clean and maybe a rethink, because the shower wasn't really practical. As with all YHA's in London, internet was a bit of a rip off.

A really nice hostel, but at this price I would expect the wifi to be free. My friend was initially over-charged, but it was all sorted out no fuss. I really liked this hostel, the location was good, it was very clean, there were good deals at the bar and the staff were helpful.

Very well located near underground station and central to many tourist attractions. Rooms were very clean with fresh linen. Bar well stocked, served food past midnight on New years Eve which was a bonus. Rooms had lockers within them (take a padlock. Showeres were powerful and warm, probably best hostel I stayed in the UK

The hostel was good overall but there are some points they can easily fix. We had 2 ensuite rooms with 4 beds each. Rooms were small but heating was good. Bathrooms were a little bit smelly. There was no internet access in the rooms. It is very dissappointing for a hostel in the center of london. Today internet means everything when you are travelling aboard The internet acces which sold in lobby was way too pricy (5 pounds/day for one device) Over all it was a good stay.

Incredible staff, kitchen, and computers. Within 3 minutes walk of the tube. The staff was very helpful with directions, maps, and event planning. I couldn't have asked for more. The only slight problem was our bathroom seemed to steam over and never really dried out after that, I believe the vent fan wasn't functioning. It wasn't even worth mentioning during our stay though, and there were other bathrooms and showers on our floor. All in all, a great place to stay.

The only thing that i can complain about is the fact that the Wi-fi is paid AND don't works on the bedrooms.

An overpriced average hostel. Wi-Fi is paid, and it's not cheap; the room was small and awkwardly shaped; the shower room has no ventilation, so they'll ask you to use the thrash bin to keep the door open after you shower; and so on - i.e. all the kludges you're used to from cheap hostels, but paying more for it.

Good location and clean. However, the ensuite 4 person room we are staying have bathroom leakage problem. At first, the water leak from the bathroom into the room itself. Later, the water leak from the bathroom into the room then flow outside the corridor. We manage to change room for our third night of stay.

Everything was excellent! It's a great hostel, I only had some issues with a girl from reception that didn't treat me with much respect. Also, \WIFI is not free and actually quite expensive.

The hostel has a great location! En-suite rooms are good but very small. It was very hot in the nights although it was December. The bathroom does not have ventilation. We were on the fifth floor and we have to wait for the elevator every time a lot, it was very slow! It is good value for money!

Stayed in a ensuite room. When showering, the ENTIRE floor got wet. Something keeping the water away from the rest of the room would be good.
