This hostel is not good at all. Tried to check in - took literally an hour because "the system was down". Went up to my room and ALL OF THE BEDS WERE USED. They told me to take off the bags of one of the beds and sleep there. Did that and was awaken in the middle of the night by the owner of those bags. You have to pay for wifi and it only works in the common room, not in the rooms. Expensive breakfast. Rooms were dirty, the shower smelled badly of moist. Its very well located though, just a

Any location within london central can b reached by the tube.. overall the place is ok.. u hve to pay for everything...breakfast, wifi, lock, laundry, etc.. showers were smelly..just good enough for a sleep...common area is inviting and provides a good vibe..but staff should organize some activities during the night so people get to know eachothers...

The food should improve.

In a dorm of 6 females ensuite on G/F. windowless, but had a skylight. Rm was air conditioned w/out adjustable thermostat so can be rather warm in the mini heatwave. The ensuite: disabled toilet in a wet room, so had to use the shower toilet outside of the room. The self catering kitchen is well equipped and was popular with other residents, but it was very warm. Clean storage for food. 5mins from Goodge St. Gt. Portland St. Station. Hair dryers @laundry rm.

The hostel was in an excellent location and had a good mix of people, not your average hostel full of 18 year old on a top deck tour. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, however didn't seem overly familiar with the area as far as places to recommend to eat, etc. Facilities were clean. The atmosphere was a little underwhelming. The bar at the hostel is only open until 23:00 and it seemed like more of a quiet feel, even some families staying there.

Helpful staff (especially Kinga!) but very expensive compared to other hostels we ended up finding. Pretty good location though and you get what you pay for - kitchens were great and accommodations were cleanest / most modern we've had in a month of traveling abroad. Guys and girls sleeping quarters were separated - so if you're traveling with a partner keep that in mind.

Location is only less than 10 min walking distance from Oxford Circus tube station. The 6 bed dorm room itself did not include anything but beds and lockers, but that was not a problem at all since the common area in the lobby is simply the best I have encountered in hostels; really roomy, clean, and cosy, plus they have a fully equipped bar and 24h pizza service. And, by the way, pizzas are self-made and really delicious! The staff was very helpful and directed us to cool nightlife places.

Everything went pretty much smoothly, had a few issues checking in/sorting beds/with card keys but the staff sorted this although it did take a while. The main issue was the room (8 person) was very hot at night.

Good structure, but not a so cool staff. And is so expensive, you have to pay for everthing. Nobody want help, just money.

Great hostel. Very clean rooms and good facility. But you pay the price for it. Might not be as bad if you go as a group and get a private room. All rooms are ensuite. Just had a bit of misunderstanding with the staff but it all worked out. Definitely coming back when in London again. Sainsbury's and Tesco's 24h nearby.

Great location for doing touristy stuff. Very clean , nice rooms, though they do get a bit hot. Lots of facilities - laundry, storage, kitchen etc, close to a grocery store, the underground etc. But it is more family oriented so in my experience not as easy to meet and make friends with fellow (young adult) travellers.

Great hostel. Clean, safe, great location, big rooms and bathrooms, big individual lockers in the rooms, individual lights and power outlets on your bedside. Only missing air conditioning, but had a fan. Ideal for those who actually want to sleep instead of partying in your hostel. Overall, great value for money.

good location but no free wifi.

Close enough to the centre and tube, the internet only works at the reception even if you pay for it you can't used at your room, so we felt that was very tricky!
