Would be it possible to put in corridors, a small poster, inviting the persons not to make noise? The music is too strong in the reception hall

excellent location near oxford street and differeunt underground stops. more atmosphere than many YHAs but was disappointed with the cleaning. the bathrooms were horrible and had problems with flooding which left the whole floor wet as soon as anyone had a shower and left a weird earthy smell the whole time. the cleaner breezed in at 10am and seemed obviously annoyed that there were still people in the room despite us staying a few days and so had no reason to hurry out in the morning.

Like other hostels in the wold's trendiest cities: Lack of atmosphere and annoying additional charges for lockers, baggage storage and WiFi. But excellent location in Bloomsbury and affordable rates in general compared with other accomodation in this expensive city.

Breakfast is ok but there is not much variety. The lounge sometimes had smell of fried food. The self service kitchen from the lower floor had also a bad smell sometimes. It needs more ventilation.

I visited this hostel last week with my boyfriend and we stayed in a private room with it's own bathroom. The hostel was simple and plain, but super clean and to the point. It was in an excellent location to everything we wanted to do, the tube was super easy to figure out, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They also were excited to give us tips on where to go, which I thought was awesome. They have really cheap drinks in their bar, and pretty decent food for super cheap!

nice and clean, friendly staff, nice area to sit and eat with a cafe (great pizzas).. excellent location, 5min walk to oxford st, 15min walk to picadilly circus.. close to many tube stations.. our bathroom in our room was out of use the whole 4 nights we stayed though.

This was a convenient, clean, safe place to stay. The bunk beds were of a superior quality and the hostel was well equipped. It's very expensive though - especially when you have to pay extra for towels, wifi, earplugs, adapters, etc. I completely forgot about the UK's different electricity sockets - bring your own adapter and save money! family friendly with well equipped kitchen, very close to Regents Park, which is lovely, and Oxford Circus.

Only one girl at the reception was not helpful. The others are very competent and friendly. It is a great atmosphere in the hostel and it´s a wonderful location. Sorry, but the bathroom in 310 smelt unventilated.

This YHA was great. The staff were up beat and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There kitchen was great, however, it was quite hot. The only disappointment was that it said the hostel had a pool and it turned out it did not, but honestly I thought that was probably a mistake in the first place. Also, the lockers did not always lock properly. Someone really needs to take a screw driver and check them all to make sure they are working correctly.

This is a very good option, centrally located, the staff is really helpfull and nice. There was a problem in my dorm (004) there was no window, and the shower light wouldn t turn on - the result is that for 3 days I payed for indoor room and got to take my showers at the colective one.

I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. My biggest complaints were that my bedding was never changed during the ten days. Also, there were numerous nights that my roommates were less than considerate. Many times they would arrive to the room after midnight and turn on all the lights as well as slam doors. This was very stressful because I was there for work and had to wake up early every morning. Next time, I will get a private room and avoid the dorm situation.

So far the best hostel i've been. It has a lift , the room was very clean and had big lockers, staff was helpful, they has a cheap cafeteria open 24h at the lobby and the location is very good close to 2 tube stations and oxford street. I didnt like the fact that internet was not free and they didnt offer free breakfast, but overall was a great place to stay in.

Nice place, clean and very central. Staff (apart from Ana maria)wasn't very nice and smiley which is the only down side to it. You have to pay 3 pounds for each person per night if you are not a YHA member (or 10 pounds for the year membership) which we didnt know before. Breakfast is ok but not great consists of cereals, fruit or yogurt, a croissant or pain oau chocolat (not fresh) and coffee (not great).

The hostel was very clean and had great lockers in the room. The bathrooms were well kept. Friendly helpful staff that were always there when you needed them. Bonus - large & fast elevator. The only area for improvement would be the windows in the bedrooms could open more to let in cool air.
