No Free Wireless Internet (5 pounds per day). Extra charging fee when I arrived at the hostel because the price announced was for members only of YHA/HI (3 pounds a night or 10 for a membership). When I booked the hostel I did not notice any warnings about the extra fee. No breakfast included. So when all this add up the value for money is not very good. The location was good. The rooms was well sized but very noisy (The door was creaking, the toilet fans was very noticeable in the rooms...).

We had a great time there! Earls court itself is the perfect spot crossing two main metro lines and one easy metro ride from heathrow. The area has an awesome vibe! The hostel itself is an easy walk from the metro and felt perfectly safe walking at night in winter (personally my biggest factor). Only small downside was that the showers were extremely small with nowhere to put down your things so careful planning with backpacks and hooks to avoid getting things wet. But worth it for the price!

Some of the beds in my room (306) were very, very, very creaky and shifted around alarmingly when the ladder was being used-- someone needs to tighten the bolts more often.

I liked the place, but it was nothing much. The location is very nice, you can get from there to anywhere. The staff is very helpful and the place sells tickets for all the main attractions and plays in London.

Location in Earl's Court is great, close to the well connected underground station. It has a lovely common room and a friendly staff. Was a bit of a bother to drag the luggage upstairs to the 3rd floor and I also didn't fancy the lack of free WI-FI, small toilets and showers shared on the same floor. But having read the previous reviews before booking the hostel, I kind of expected its flaws and was also surprised a bit in a good way. Considering the value for money, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The basin in the toilets are really small. Other than that, everything else is good.

Staff were very helpful. Hostel is located close to Earls Court underground & West Brompton overground giving easy access to the city and the airport - great location! Bathrooms aren't fantastic but they are in the process of renovating them so outlook is good. The only problem with the hostel was their management of late night guests - every night for 5 nights, someone checked into the room late (around 11pm). These people were generally very noisy though this isn't the hostels fault..

There weren't towels when we arrived and we had to wait one day. This was very bad!

Stayed in a large girls dorm and had inconsiderate room companions. Will try and book the smaller dorms in future.

I'd prefer to keep quiet about how good a place this is to stay - I don't want to find it hard to book in the future. But from the moment we walked in on a cold November evening it was just what we wanted - warm with cheerful, friendly and helpful welcoming staff. Two community rooms bright and airy, noticeboards full of fun ideas for things to do at value prices, bedroom reminiscent of a cabin - but bigger. Lovely garden and all so close to Earls Court tube hub. Great! Going back next week.

stayed for one night but have stayed a week before. the rooms are really spacious and the beds are very comfortable. depending on which floor you are on the bathroom sizes will vary vastly. the hostel itself is not really suited for young backpackers as it has a rather dead vibe. the location is safe but a little far from the action

Really good hostel in the heart of London. The staff is really helpful! They don't have a lift so don't come with a big luggage :-) Another thing the breakfast is not free which is a bit sad compared to the price I paid - same for the wi-fi!

The day staff were incredibly helpful, fun and friendly. The room was clean and so were the bathrooms. The hostel is accessible, only a short walk from the tube station and easy to find. The thing that let us down was the night staff. The hostel bosts a 24 hour reception however we found staff rude and unwelcoming. He snapped at us and told us to 'shut up' eventhough we were being quiet. Asking for a bottle of water was too much effort for him eventhough he was hardly busy. Very disappointing.
