YHA Earls Court is one of two places in London that I stay at. Have been there many times in the past.
The rooms are quite small and there is no room to put your luggage which reduces comfort, and the bed was not that comfortable. Would be nice if the top bunks had a shelf to put stuff, a shelf in the showers would be helpful too. The bathrooms are a decent size, but there needs to be a couple more tables in the kitchen. By the time you pay for wi-fi and breakfast the value is not great. Overall the hostel is ok, but I find the standard of hostels in London is not great anyway.
Stayed in a 6 bed dorm. Close to tube and near restaurants and shops. Toilets weren't very clean but shower had hot water. Staff were nice. Felt safe and there were lockers by each bed, just needed to buy a £3 padlock. Enjoyable stay.

I felt that the staff were doing a good job and the facilities and the atmosphere were entirely right for the very old- fashioned and expensive London residential setting. I was pleasantly suprised that YHA have a hostel in Bolton Gardens and the massively high ceiling in the sitting room and the big windows looking out into the street made me sure I had made the right choice choosing this one to stay in. there was an OK cafe nearby and excellent Greek and Lebanese restaurants too. Well done!
I liked staying here, it was in a good location and in close proximity to where my friends were staying for a fraction of the price. I had a 4 bedroom dorm so it wasn't too noisy either.
Fabulous location, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff...one of the better hostels!!
The double room with onsite was excellent location 2min walk to station and shops very easy highly recommend and would stay here again no problem at all
For single female traveller felt safe and the location is spot on. Could do with a better wi-fi connection and soundproofing aof walls adjacent to rooms as the noise of people using the toilets and showers filters thru the walls disrupting one's sleep.
Great location of the Hostel, super nice and knowledgeable helpers. Great safety routines. I loved my stay. Thank you for everyone helping to make this way of overnight stays around the world. Matild Klareich
After 18 months of hosteling in the uk this is the most expensive that I stayed at And bieng a Yha.member gives no discount unless you book on their sight
Great location- that's the best part. Especially convenient if you need to get to/from Heathrow. I thought there should be free wifi. Staff was somewhat helpful. Not a party hostel- no bar and not a very communal atmosphere. Everyone kind of does their own thing.
Was not happy with the many items broken, in bathrooms and also bedrooms. Mainly lights not working and towel holder on floor. I was there a few days and still same way. Still a nice hostel just needs more maintance
Our stay was really nice. We slept well, there were no sounds at night and the bunker beds were very good. We also used the lockers in the corridor, a very handy system. Thanks for the nice stay :)

We arrive in midnight, then the staff is rude . But the AM staff is nice. There is no lift while we have heavy luggage without any help. The room is poor. with high cost as hotel Kitchen closed from 23:00-7:00. Night there is sudden alarm without any explanation. Only the goodness is location near underground of earls court. It's almost the bad YHA experienced. When we ask some travel information, the night staff only appoint us to check map directly without any help. Deposit uncertain stat

Rooms we're clean and comfortable and there were a good number do showers so I never had to wait. Friendly staff and convenient location.
A good Hostel if you want to be away from the Center of town but still in Zone 1 for transport. Some areas of the hostel are getting to look a little tired but overall it was OK . The kitchen is a good size but really needs some serious reorganization - cupboards or shelves with baskets on the back wall for guest's food. An industrial sized fridge as the existing ones, one of which was broken, were totally inadequate. Kettles that don't break down. Otherwise a good, quiet, non party place
Great place to stay, had everything you need and great location. Comfy beds, staff were helpful and good kitchen facilities with nice outdoor garden.
There is no wi-fi and I find their prices for internet access too high; it's kinda ok if you purchase 3-day access but 1-day access costs GBP 5! The nearest toilet to my room was out of order that day which is ok. However, it's not ok that the 2nd closest was in a mess. Overall, it's not a bad hostel. They have really nice backyard and big kitchen. My 6-bed female room was really nice and comfy. I'd say it's maybe a bit expensive. If the price was lower, I'd definitely recommend this hostel.
Great location. Helpful staff. Rooms are nice but so hot! It only got to the mid 20's when we where here and they where almost too hot to sleep in. Either fans need to be installed or windows need to open more. Would not stay during summer but good other times.
