Booking and email communication - excellent. Reception employees- absolutely first class. Bedding felt & smelled fresh. Dormitory accommodation was warm enough, personally I would have preferred more ventilation. Did not take breakfast as I was looking for the olde full English to keep me going through the day. Location ideal for Olympia. Great value, thank you!

La réservation ne correspondait pas: j'ai réservé un lit dans une chambre pour 4, il y a avait 6 personnes.

The stadd were friendly and there was a nice lounge space to hangout in, the only thing is most of the power outlets were in the same place so it was some times hard to use your devices when they needed to charge. The 6 bed rooms get pretty cramped as there isn't much space to put actual suitcases/bags bigger than the locker.

Staff was really friendly. Always happy to help, and the moment something didn't work out (the machine to make the room keys broke down), they did everything to make it work (I got my key delivered to my room ten minutes later). The fact that the showers did set of the smoke alarm regularly was a problem, and I hope they will tackle that.

Loud hostel. And I don't mean that from the point of view of people coming home drunk and shouting. Every door slams and creaks. They could do with some WD40. Atmosphere is unusual. From middle aged residents getting hammered alone and mumbling to themselves, to the police getting called to evict some residents at 2am who were causing a disturbance and then spending 30 minutes chatting loudly about mortgages outside the bedrooms. I only stayed one night, so it may be unusual. Staff and beds fine

In general was a good stay, however the lack of bathrooms it s something that they have to deal with. In my floor there was 2 toilets out of work.

For the most part we had a good experience - for a hostel. There were a few really easy things they could do to improve the overall experience. We stayed in B11. Beds were clean and comfortable. 1. Fix the blind on the window. 2. Replace the chair, it was so ratty and wobbly. 3. De-calcify the shower heads in both basement bathrooms - they sucked. However, bathrooms were clean and hot water was great. Clean out the fridges in the common room. Jammed with abandoned food.

Booked a 6 bed dorm and they put me in a 10 bed dorm room, which was not so bad if there where good clean facilities. For an entire hall there where just 3 functioning showers and everything was old and not very clean. The hostel is in a great place, close to a lot of tourist sights and the metro station. Unfortunately not good value for money.

Nicely situated and not too far from the nearest public transport. Room basic with bunk beds which is less suitable for pensioners. Sadly no ensuite available and showers of poor quality. Piped music in common rooms not to everyone's taste and should be less intrusive. Staff very helpful and friendly. Might consider this hostel for future visits if better ensuite rooms available.

Booked a 6 bed dorm and was stuck in a noisy 10 bed dorm for 3 nights, not impressed.

Staying for only a few days I was asked to move to another room. This was extremely inconvenient especially since I wasn't feeling well and needed a room where I could relax and sleep. The key was taken away at 10am and I didn't have access to kitchen and toilets. This is appalling and for a 6 bed dorm the price is far too high.£30 . Margaret

Location was really good -BUT we Booked a private Double Rom with Bath wich turned out to je supersmall with supersmall beds, not even a proper case available, showers and toilet were in the corridor, towels Had to be paid extra - If i Book a room for 3 Nights for more than 200€ i Expect more value for Money!!!! Can not recommend to stay there!

Great location - train station only a couple minutes walk away, and on the Picadilly line that goes straight to Heathrow airport Staff were friendly People of all ages + some families stayed there Wouldn't mind a lift for the stairs - bit tedious to get to the rooms at times w/ heavy luggage Wifi in communal areas - plus also worked downstairs - works fine Would stay again if in the area :)

Clean hostel, good location, nice garden in the back. It's just not very cosy, no bar, less atmosphere, if you want to meet a lot of new people it's not the right place, but the location is very nice and the staff is very helpfull.
